WORTH IT
My journey started 23 months ago. I had weight loss surgery (gastric bypass) on December 12, 2013. I weighed 374 lbs. I have lost over 200 lbs. I had a breast reduction with lipo on November 12, 2014. On March 10, 2015, I had a tummy tuck muscle repair(fleur-de-lis and extended) with lipo and yesterday (November 12, 2015) butt lift and arm lift with lipo. I still need a thigh lift. I had 15 lbs of skin removed yesterday and between all three surgeries 34 lbs of skin. I finally beginning to like my body..

Happy healing! I had an abdomnioplasty with butt lift, mastopexy and brachioplasty on October 21st. Worked my butt off to get to this point! Still healing. Thinking about thigh lift. Will see how yours goes! I had mine all done at once which was good cause one recoup but tired but love how body is changed! Don't miss the extra skin!!

I love him as a doctor. He did three surgeries for me. My drain fell out so have to go see him on my way there.

12 days post op phase 3 of plastics following massive weight loss
Well I am now 12 days post op and things are starting to really drain. I am wearing athletic compression tights instead of medical compression garments. My plastic surgeon recommended going to an athletic compression clothing such as bike shorts, capris or tights...on Friday I was fitting a large capri and now today I was able to get into a pair of medium compression tights...they are covering my abdomen and lower back better as I was getting bulging about the band the larger capri as the band was low cut.....I have been running to the bathroom all day long but the bulging above the band is now gone....I prefer the athletic compression garments as they are more attractive andfit snuggly....I was told not to invest in any pants at this point as it will take another 6 weeks to get swelling down......I am feeling better....happy with what I am seeing but anxious to see end results.....so happy....I have ordered a compression jacket for my arms as I also had an arm lift as well as a butt lift at the same time....I had an allergic reaction to the latex in a bandage and the tensor bandages that were wrapped around my arms.....moving better....using silicone tape on the incision and using it on other scars and it is really helping to even settle out the older scars.....the doctor's office is sending me more silicone tape as I am going to run out prior to my check up with him on Dec 7th...tomorrow I see my Nurse practitioner....blood work will happen as I am sure that my iron has tanked again and likely anemic again been a struggle most of my adult life. LIkely headed for more iron infusions again......no regrets and so happy with my doctor and his work.....it is all coming together now......he has sent in my referral for my knee and then I can look to my last surgery..medial thigh lift....who would have thought at 45 years old my body would look youthful and sexy.....lost 200 lbs and been overweight all my life
