Hi as I mentioned I am 48 years old and my body is starting to look a little tired. I am raising a 14 year oldvboy with Autism and Toretz I really have no time for my self, so this is my treat.. . I have in the past few years undergone multiple surgeries back fusions neck fusions Hystrectamy..etc. it has taking a toll on my body and boobs.. I am having my surgery March 25th.. I am going with Sientra round textured hp 270.. I hope that they are not to small.. I trust my surgeons decision.. He knows best.. I am getting excited..

It's so important for moms to take time and do things for ourselves! It gets hard to feel like we loose the "woman" in the mother. Can't imagine the patience it takes with a special needs child. Good for you for doing something for yourself!! They look amazing.
