Better Than I Could Have Hoped for

I had ten year old implants. A growth was found in one breast and the other had a ruptured (silicone) implant. The growth was found to be benign but the removal left an indentation in that breast. Dr. Engel replaced the implants to the perfect size and did small fat grafting from each hip to fill the indent. His work was impeccable. There was scar tissue in both breasts so Dr. Engel had to make the choice of which size implant to use while I was under--depending on just how much scar tissue was present. He respected I did not want large implants (I am tiny!) and I wanted to still fit all my clothes. I am so happy with his work.
