I had ten year old implants. A growth was found in one breast and the other had a ruptured (silicone) implant. The growth was found to be benign but the removal left an indentation in that breast. Dr. Engel replaced the implants to the perfect size and did small fat grafting from each hip to fill the indent. His work was impeccable. There was scar tissue in both breasts so Dr. Engel had to make the choice of which size implant to use while I was under--depending on just how much scar tissue was present. He respected I did not want large implants (I am tiny!) and I wanted to still fit all my clothes. I am so happy with his work.

Dr Engel was wonderful. He is relatable and friendly but absolutely professional. His staff (especially Lisa!) was great-- helping me to feel comfortable and explaining things more than once if I needed, recommending where to get bras and how to be fitted, etc. The operation was completely as described and the recovery was as pleasant as it could be. His whole staff is courteous, kind and thorough.
