Hey guys! I'm currently a 32b and went to my consultation and the doctor advised I should get high profile 400cc or 375cc under the muscle. They also discussed possible reshaping the nipple tissue which I am looking forward to talking to him more at my second consult. I am hoping for a small to mid size D but am more interested in how they will sit on my body and how they will hopefully lift my boobs. I am slightly worried they will make my already bad stretchmarks worse or more noticeable-in that case I won't want to show them off at all :(

Nervous!
Tomorrow is my second appt to go over the final details before my surgery on feb 17! What a nice birthday present to myself lol. I am going to have him go over the process in more of a detail. I want to resize my nipples and have been thinking of getting a donut lift added as well as sub muscular 400ccs
During this time my boobs decided to grow about half a cup!! I will ask him if 400cc will be too large to achieve a small d since I have a feeling it will. I am getting very scared and nervous and unsure if I will even like them afterwards. This is a big expense and I've wanted this for a long time but ugh the pressure!! I've added some wish pictures I will be showing my doctor. Some of them are for the nipple size and some of them are for the breast size.

I am a similar shape to you to and also have stretch marks. That is my only worry to, other than wnding up too big.
We also both have the same taste by the looks of it. I have a lot of Dr Tavakoli's work on my phone ☺

Last consult before surgery!
Just got out of my last consult before surgery. I am having a donut lift added to my augmentation as well as the liposuction around the armpit area. The total price was $8k. I was advised to stop taking fish oil and Advil anything that could thin out your blood. I was advised I will be getting a call the night before on what time my surgery is the next morning! I am to start taking Arnica two days before surgery. The doctor says he will most likely be going with 385cc to create a small d. Very nervous glad I finally paid I'm starting to get pumped up!

Glad you found RealSelf and that you are sharing your journey with us! I have read that high profile and ultra high profile can really help to lift breasts. Many women take advantage of the surgery to also get nipple reshaping as sometimes implants can make the areola stretch and look much larger.
