Mini Boob Job (Motiva Minis 205/220cc)

Where do I begin? I've been rotting my brain researching about a BA for years it feels like, and after pulling the trigger in May and having a consultation it all became real! And the best resource I had throughout it all was probably Realself! So I thought I might leave a review and help out fellow women like me looking to get a mini boob job! I found it was definitely harder finding women with similar starting stats who also wanted to get smaller implants, so I want to help out anyone else like me!
I got my surgery yesterday and it overall went incredibly smooth! I was so scared I literally sobbed in the pre op room! However, I was scared for nothing! My recovery has been a breeze so far, and I've only been taking tylenol and advil since I got out! I feel sore around my incisions and when I do certain movements like lifting myself up or sitting up in bed. But apart from that, I've been super mobile! I think some reviews definitely scared me.... but maybe I've just been lucky? I'm also on the younger end (21yrs) so that could also be helping my recovery.
Anyways, I ended up getting 220cc in my left and 205cc in my right to help fix the asymmetry I had. They are Motiva minis ergonomix, and I also got them with galaflex and OTM. I was surprised when my doctor said I could go subfacial during my mark up before surgery, as during my consultation I was only a candidate for UTM due to my lack of tissue. However, I must have gained a lil weight because he easily pinched 1.5cm of tissue above my breast which is how he deems your qualification for OTM. This was a huge relief because going UTM would cause a longer recovery and i am a huge climber and HIIT girl and was afraid of causing any displacement by using my chest too much. I also think going OTM is why my recovery is going so smooth. However, I was fully prepared to go UTM and I would have still done it regardless, so don't be afraid of either! Do what works for you and your body, they both produce beautiful results!!
So far my breasts honestly already are looking good, I was nervous about frankenboob but they aren't sitting high or tight and I'm really happy about that! Ill include below a before photo as well as some day 1 post op photos. I'm about to head to my first post op appointment where I'm gonna as him about why one of my breasts has a more defined crease than the other, but apart from that I have no concerns (yet, lol).
Ill post updates periodically throughout the next couple weeks of recovery! But for now, I hope this helped out!

So it’s been a week since surgery and all is still going well! I’m super mobile now and only take Tylenol once a day. I’m still taking it easy and only going on walks but I’m definitely ready to get active again! I won’t do any running or workout classes for another couple weeks, but I’ll start work again next week! They’re getting a bit squishier but are still pretty firm! I’m set to replace the bandages soon too and then I’ll be able to take em off and start scar treatment in two weeks! I’ll include some more post op pics!

It's sooo natural and pretty. I want to rock climb too that a BA would affect it, please let us know how that goes

Hi!!! Haven’t gotten back into it yet, but im hoping by week 6 I’ll be able to get back and do everything like before! Really happy I was able to do subfascial (OTM) because it doesn’t inhibit your use of chest muscles as much as UTM!
