4 weeks post op

I will be 4 weeks post op tomorrow. Things seem to be dropping and settling nicely. Recovery has gone really well, I was told I could start using the silicone strips 2 weeks post op but I waited until almost 3 weeks when the scabs were practically all gone. I’ve been surprised at how long it’s taking to get full movement back in my arms, I still find reaching all the way up feels funny, not painful though. Looking forward to the 6 week mark and working out more intensely.

They look so great now!
May I ask about how long do you think it took before you regained full range of motion in your arms? Do you still have days of feeling incredibly sore or is that over?
I had pretty good mobility from the get go… day 3 I was able to shower and wash my hair myself. Never needed help in the bathroom and other than when I first got home I was always able to change myself. When I reach high I doesn’t hurt but it feels different and same with having my arms in a T position and reaching backwards. I never had random days of being incredible sore just the first few days, I will get random pains here and there probably nerve endings etc. and randomly tonight my incision lines hurt so not sure if I did something, over did it or if they’re just healing.

11 days post op

So I am now 11 days post op and loving the results. I know things are still tight but I think swelling is next to none. Feeling good overall!
Wondering for others how much did you find your size changed once the swelling was gone to when they completely dropped and fluffed? I’d like to take advantage of Boxing Day sales and purchase a couple underwire free bras but wondering if what I am measuring now vs the end result will be significantly different?
Oh and Merry Christmas!

You look great! I’m one month post op and yesterday when I put on my bra that I had been wearing for most days it was too tight! If you want to get nice bras I would wait at least a couple of months
I bought a couple bralette/sport bra types nothing nice or expensive yet! :) I’m sure my hubby can’t wait for prettier bras than I’ve been wearing so far lol but those will have to wait!

Update 5days post op

Adding some update pictures. First set before and 2 days post op, my side boob/underarm was quite swollen and that’s come down. Second set is before and today at 5days post op. They’re sitting high but never did get that really high, hard and squarish look. Super happy with them so far!
