25 Years Old, 350cc Silicone Breast Augmentation - Santa Barbara, CA

I am so glad that I chose Dr. Lowenstein to do my breast augmentation surgery! Prior to surgery I was a 32AA. I am 5'10 and 125lbs, so I was concerned that not much could be done without looking noticeably fake. Dr. Lowenstein listened to my concerns and guided me through the process, explaining what would be realistic for my body type. I chose to trust his expertise and follow his guidance as far as size, and I am so glad I did. They have come out absolutely perfect! All my friends have commented on how incredibly real they look. (My implants are 350cc silicone and I was just measured at a 32D)
In addition, Dr. Lowenstein must be extremely careful and gentle during surgery because I came out with no bruising and very little pain during recovery. I chose to only take Tylenol during recovery, so the lack of pain was a huge surprise and a blessing as I have 16month old twins I needed to get back to. I should also mention that his nurse Suzanne is someone who really helped me feel comfortable on my visits when I was very nervous. She is quite patient and I felt I could really trust her, which is so reassuring in this type of situation.
If you are thinking of having a breast augmentation and are hoping for natural looking results, I wholeheartedly recommend this office. I really could not be happier with my results and my overall experience. Saida and Ruthie who work in the front office are so kind and considerate. They made me feel welcome right away and were very accommodating when I had a few scheduling issues. Now I feel like they are friends and I will miss coming in over the next few months!!
