After my son was born my 36D deflated after breast feeding. When he was 2 I got 500cc saline just to fill up the volume I'd lost. At the time I weighed about 135 (later had lipo and a tummy tuck) The implants made me a little bigger than before (about 34DD) but I was content. Over the years they have stretched and now sag. PS says I'm borderline Pstosis, but I'm definitely not happy. I now weigh about 123lbs- petite and decided to exchange for silicone w/ verticle lift. I'd like a more youthful look w/ boobs that sit high on my chest, as well as the option to wear a tank without a bra. Yes- I guess I like "The Fake look". Ive spent years w/ the natural look! Surgery schedueled in a few days. LOVE my new PS! Dr. K! He treats you like family and gives you his cell #. Just awesome! Done lotsa reading on the site and got great feedback. My 1st PS was great and world famousno one ever told meto wear a bra or sports bra whenever possible. I'm the girl who strips off the bra 1st thing after getting home. Braless all the time at the house- something I will not do this time. So I'm looking for Barbie boobs. My PS will do pocket and envelope repair and a verticle lift with these implants available in the OR-SRM 445, SRF 560 & SRX 545cc silicone. I'm nervous (of course), and have read many cons to large implants w/ a lift, but I'm a big boob girl and I'm not ready to downsize until later in life. If anyone out there has a similar situation Id love to hear from you. I'm a floor Nurse and I'm taking 10days off for recovery. My husband faints at the sight of incisions, so luckily most of my friends are nurses and can help me with dressing changes if I need it. I thought about going down to 300cc w/ lift, but I think that once the swelling completely goes down I will be disappointed with the size. I think my PS and I decided on High Profile, which have a narrower base, as my current implants migrate into my armpit when I lay down looking like the grand canyon between my boobs. I must admit I get a little nervous about staying large, but then again I have seen some gorgeous outcome pics of petite girls who have even gone up to 800cc's, not my thing, but they look like Barbie Dolls! Anyway, deep cleaning my house, disinfecting bathrooms, doing laundry so that during my recovery I can really just rest. Going to rentacenter today to rent a recliner for a month, as I ve read a lot of girls swear by them during recovery. I'll keep y'all updated the next few days and post- op. PLEASE...any comments welcome! :) Oh....the last pic is my wish pic.

Hi. Im super excited for you!! Keep us posted on your progress. Im 40-something days past surgery. I'm 5'6", 126lbs,,,and I got 520CC silicone. High profile. I love them. Yep,,Ive seen lovely results with big implants on small women. Just gotta stay in a bra to keep the girls from sagging. I think its worth it. Maybe I will go smaller later in life,,,but now..its perfect for me. The recliner will be a life saver for you. Its good that your adding all your house work now. I did all that too. All the deep cleaning, and laundry,,,,,fixed pre made meals. It helped me soooo much in the recovery period. Yeah!! Cant wait to see your results!!! :)

Thanks for your support! You and I sent very similar- and you look AWESOME, girl! It's hard to believe you're going to look even better, but believe me you will! @ about 1 year post op EVERYTHING will look AMAZING W/ swelling AND beautifully-healed scats. SO GOOD TO KNOW thst im npt the only petite girl who loves big boobs. My General Practitioner says i should go smaller to avoid "The [RS bleep] Effect", but I disagree. Ive been bisty all my life n iys psrt of "Me" now. Like you said:"We can always downsize later (Like before we go to The Nursing Home) just joking
Bit I truly do think we have many more years to enjoy these! I used to run 3 miles a day n wonder if that contributed to the sag. I'll have to ask my PS. Are you very active? Well, I'll be posting again soon
Let me know how you're doing sweetir!

I think this site is wonderful,,,because most of the women are so nice, and support each other. This is a big change in a woman's life. We need to support each other through it. Nobody understands what its like, unless they have been through it. Yes,,,,I went back and forth about my size. I think you can get bigger implants without the "[RS bleep] effect". I would rather go bigger,,,than be smaller, and be kicking myself that I should have went bigger. My PS was so good with me. He and I talked about it,,,and we decided I could easily carry 500CC'S. Right before surgery,,,we talked about bumping it to 520CC. I think I carry them really well. Im not a runner....I like to walk. But Im active in general. My job is stocking,,,so I'm always active at work too. Ive always believed in really good sports bras. So,,,with a great bra...you can still run. I personally think that it won't create sag, as long as you have the proper bra to support the girls. Im recovering really well. Going on a cruise in April. So excited to take the new girls on vacation!!! Will be looking forward to your posts, and progress. :)

Now I just need to go buy some arnica for swelling and bruising, as well as a couple of cozy warm up sweat suits w/ zip-up tops so i can avoid raiding my arms to get dressed & especially for rite after surgery. Trying to eat light since I tend to get constipated with pain pills. On the COUNTDOWN! Thanks for all your comments and support. Feel free to keep ANY ideas coming! Will be posting more pics day of surgery pre-op, and throughout the post-op n healing process!?????????????

Im soooo excited for you. I remember that few days before my surgery. I literally could not think about anything else. I was so excited!!! You are going to be so happy that you got everything done in advance. It makes life so much easier when you are trying to recover. Try to open your pill bottles in advance. The child proof caps are impossible to open the first couple days after surgery. After you have your surgery,,when you get home...try to get up every hour or so just to walk a lap around your house. It helps to get all that anesthesia out of your system too. The most important tip I can give you is to follow your PS instructions to the letter. They want the best result for you too...so follow his/her directions. Yeah!! Keep us posted!! Cant wait to see your results. :)

Wide awake and ready to go! I spent yesterday running errands for the big day, and for my recovery. I took the advice of you ladies, and rented a recliner for 30 days from rentacenter. Since I am both a side sleeper and a tummy sleeper, I figured it would help me stay comfy for the next 10 days. My premade meals are prepped and in the freezer, so all my son has to do is take the casserole out of the freezer and pop it in the oven every evening for dinner. I wsh there was a way to wake me up during the surgery, when the Doc is using the sizers and deciding which implants to actually use. The implants he chose for the OR are: SRM 445, SRF 500 and SRX 545. I'm still confused about the exact difference and the different profiles.. ANYONE HAVE ANY INPUT ON THESE? My SP's Nurse is awesome! She enlarged my WISH PICS to have on display in the OR so my PS will remember all the details we talked about, like the small areola size I like, the high-sitting position (on the chest) I would like, etc.,. I know that the implants will look a little weird at first, until they settle, and that the incisions will most likely look awful until they start healing. Anyone have any advice on scar therapy? That's one thing I have not been able to talk with my PS about. I also need to buy some arnica- I ran out of time yesterday. Do y'all know if it comes in gel AND pill form? Well, I guess that's all for now. I will see y'all on the other side, and will definitely deep y'all updated with info and pics throughout my recovery. THANK you ALL for all your support, comments and advice throughout my journey! PLEASE feel free to continue any input you may have for me, as I also continue to follow y'all on your journey! :) Posted a few last pics of the current set of girls. Cant wait to see the the and Improved. TTYL!

Yes! Arnica comes in topical and pills form and helps with swelling and bruising ALOT. I started taking the pills -three 12c 2x a day- this past Monday since my revision was yesterday....the same as yours :D
