6 weeks!
Well today marks 6 weeks. I almost forgot really haha. So far everything is still going well. I'm back at work and my life is pretty much back to normal! My left breast still gets sore but these past couple of days it's been feeling better. My incisions are red but nothing is open. I've started using skin therapy oil. It feels so amazing! I think I'm gonna use some silicone scar sheets as well. I still don't know my size at all. I think I'm gonna wait till the 2 month mark to do any sort of measuring. My left one still feels pretty swollen and hard towards the bottom. I think that's it for me. Still very happy thank god!
4 weeks post op!
Well I'm 4 weeks today!! Not much new to report. My nipples are healed up from the raw spots and get hard in repsonse to touching and cold air which I'm so thankful for!! My left nipple is sensitive, sometimes hyper sensitive, my right doesn't have much feeling but it's been like that since the surgery. I don't have any wound seperation or anything that I know of. My boobs still get very swollen, especially the left one. When I wake up from sleeping is really the only time they hurt. I love my new boobs so much!! Best decision I've ever made so far. I hope my recovery continues to go smoothly. I feel so blessed. I'm very glad I did this. I can't wait for the swelling to go away cause they still look pretty big even tho he took so much. and for my right nipple to catch up to my left. I go back to work on the second and I'm pretty nervous but I'm sure it'll go well. I groom dogs at a busy salon and my job is a lot of hard work. Well that's it for me!
Nipples!!
So at first after surgery my nipples started out very inverted. I was a little worried cause I didn't come in with inverted nipples! At about 2 1/2 weeks post op they finally came out and slowly got flat to my skin. Well this morning I woke up and they are finally getting hard/ responding to cold air!! I am soo happy!! I also have an internal stitch hanging out of my right nipple. I'm am soo happy my nipples are finally going back to normal :)

So far I very much liked my surgeon. I've only met him once but he was very nice and caring during my consultation. It wasn't rushed at all and he answered al my questions. *UPDATE* Dr montante did an AMAZING job on my breast reduction. I am so happy I found him and decided to let him perform my surgery. My breast look and feel great. I recommend him to anyone. My mother also loves the job he did and his personality. Every person at Henrico raves about him. I do the same! He is a great doctor.
