Please do your homework before employing these surgeons

This review is hard to write, but I am totally disappointed with my revision rhinoplasty and with the response of the drs. to my dissatisfaction. I had my nose fixed around 1980ish when I was in my twenties. Now in my 60's, I saw my nose turning to the right and nostrils looking misshapen and it was bothering me aesthetically. I went to see the doctors and they said they could fix my nostrils and slim my nose tip. They took pictures and showed me what my nose would look like after they fix my nose. The generated picture on their computer (which they retouch to make it worse) and my actual revision by them, you would think it was of a different person. They use the computer to generate a picture that was just what I wanted, when in reality they gave me a nose with fixed nostrils and left the tip untouched and bulbous and my nose length shorter. This is not an inexpensive surgery to wind up with a nose that is not what was shown or promised.

I have spoken with them many times by Facetime since I moved to a different state and also returned in person for them to address it, and of course they make up excuses, saying "it is swollen because of the hot humid weather" or any other excuse they come up with. It is now 3 years later and it is still the same. If I hired a contractor and he showed me what my finished kitchen would look like, and it came out totally different, they would have to redo it! It is the same with the picture they generate. If you are not expert enough to do what you say you will do! They say now, "they did the best they could." I'm sure if I went to a better skilled doctor (do your homework there better) I wouldn't hear that. They have diminished my self confidence.

Please take my advise, don't use them. I have pictures of before and after if you need to see.
