Rhinoplasty & Revision

WORTH IT
I had a rhinoplasty in Turkey (flew from UK) in August 2019, i had a deviated septum, a bump on my nose and bulbous tip. After the surgery my nose looked fine however as swelling went down I noticed a bump on the bridge. I got in touch with the doctors assistant, they told me to massage it and even after doing so it still wouldn’t go. Then they offered to do a revision to remove the bump so I went back after 6 months. Whilst doing the surgery the dr removed the bump and also broke my nose again to make the bridge thinner (I didn’t ask him to do this) and it actually looks even better now. I know that in Turkey they have the style of an upturned nose but I specifically asked for mine not to be so upturned and the doctor listened. My tip was very droopy before but my nose is a lot more stable now and doesn’t droop at all when smiling.
I am also grateful that he repaired my nose for free in the second surgery. I know that like 5% of surgery’s will need a revision but not many surgeons accept their mistakes and offer to fix them for free especially considering I was in the UK and he was in Turkey. He also fixed my breathing in the first surgery and my deviated septum. My breathing is now so clear.
I haven’t seen many reviews on here for him, but I believe he’s a good surgeon. He gave me a NATURAL looking result, no one thinks my nose is not natural! I love my side profile. It’s been 2 months since my revision and my tip is still quite swollen, I only hope that my tip gets a little sharper and thinner but apart from that I love my nose already.

hey what happened to all the reviews written by the other party who said they didnt like their tip after having surgery with this man and you said you were not happy with yours either?

Hey I haven’t deleted any comments or anything so not sure? My tip was swollen for a while and I would have preferred it to be smaller but then after 2 years it reduced considerably (I have thick skin) and now I’m overall happy with it. Sorry u had a bad experience.

Hiya your nose looks amazing and he sounds very genuine and professional. How much did you pay and did it include your hotel etc? Thank you :)

Hello it was £4000 because I went through a UK company. I don’t recommend doing this I wish I had just contacted the surgeon directly and it would have been much cheaper. It didn’t include my hotel.

Oh ok thank you. I understand you may have felt more secure going through a UK company though.

Excellent results indeed! Your new nose look stunning. Can I ask how was the breathing after the operation? For home many days you had to wear the packing inside your nose ? Thanks a lot

thankyou, i had silicone packing up my nose for about 5 days. I could still breathe with them in I actually didn’t even realise they were up there. I couldn’t feel them and they were surprisingly comfortable. It felt like I had a slight cold lol. When they were removed it was painless just a really weird feeling and afterwards my breathing just felt a lot clearer.

Your nose is beautiful! This doctor sounds unusually ethical. I have several questions for your regarding your experience: You don't mention if cartilage needed to be added for your revision, so I'm guessing adding cartilage was not necessary? Did this doctor's office assist you with finding accommodations in Turkey, or did you find them on your own? How long did you have to stay in Turkey following your surgery. Lastly, what did your surgery cost?

Hi no cartilage needed to be added, it was just a bump that needed to be removed but he went a step further and made my bridge smaller

Tip is definitely less rounded. Overall happy with my nose. I know others didn’t have as good of an experience but I’m happy with mine.its not perfect but its super natural and people compliment that I have a nice nose all the time no one ever thinks I’ve had surgeries.
