Overall Bad Experience and Result
I took a while to pick a doctor for my revision rhinoplasty and after looking at reviews and Instagram I picked Dr seckin ulusoy as he came across as warm and qualified from his videos and reviews.
Unfortunately the experience I had was different, upon meeting Dr Ulusoy he seemed quite strong minded in what he had in mind for my nose.
I had quite a pointy witch nose with a high bridge and requested for the nose tip to be more rounded but I also wanted to keep the bridge and projection the same height and straight I expressed that I didn't want a curvy upturned Barbie nose.
Dr Ulusoy wanted to lower my bridge dramatically and I expressed that this wasn't what I wanted but he insisted that I would look better with it lower, it took a while to agree but we ended up on the straight higher bridge that I wanted.
Fast forward to after the surgery and as I was healing I noticed blood kept coming out of my right nostril,I messaged Dr Ulusoys assistant nurse who told me that this was normal 4 days after surgery but something felt wrong as the blood wouldn't stop coming out of my nose and the nurse kept telling me it was ok.
As I was waiting to see the Dr to take my cast off they made me wait for over an hour after telling me a time to see them, then when my cast came off I was shocked as my nose looked much smaller with a curved bridge,I know swelling can hide the result and the tip can stay up for a while so I've given it 20 months to see the result.
The result is the bridge is still curved instead of straight and the projection has changed, the tip is upturned and unfortunately the nostril that had blood coming out of it is now collapsed and uneven and on the other side of the tip there is a dent.
It's quite upsetting as I spent a lot of money and thought that I had picked the right Dr for my revision but unfortunately my nose looks worse for it.
