Left with deviated septum

After a year of looking on Instagram, I thought I had found my perfect revision rhinoplasty physician. I was wrong in thinking a Park Avenue doctor would deliver the best results. After Dr. Liotta tried two times I was left with a deviated septum that I did not have prior to her surgery that now constantly drips and I cannot breathe well while sleeping on my left side. And I feel the overall appearance of my nose looks very asymmetrical especially when I smile. After she performed a second surgery/revision and the healing took place she told me there's nothing more she can do for me. The photos are months after her second attempt to fix the problems caused with her first surgery. I liked the appearance and function of my nose better before her surgery. After spending $40,000 in surgical fees and travel expenses for two trips I am very unhappy with my results and I would look elsewhere if I were you. Do not be fooled by the doctors Instagram photos as I was. She has I'm assuming a very high definition camera but she takes the photos at least 8-10 feet away from the patient and they do not clearly represent her work or at least this was my experience, I would look for a doctor with far more reviews.
