I will keep my review short and sweet and hopefully help others that have read this forum as much as I have. I definitely think if I hadn't been reading everyone's reviews for the past two months I would be in shock from the very beginning. So here we go with my information!
I am 37 years old 5'7" and I weigh 160 pounds. When I was in college I put on over 100 pounds and so my breast were stretched to hell and back! I lost all the weight on my own but were left with breasts that looked like someone let the air out of them. So in 2003 I had my first breast augmentation. I thought I liked it but quickly found out that the doctor just through in 450cc saline implants when I had way too much skin so they never were perky. I blame us both. So in 2009, I went to a different doctor a well known Dr. in the Dallas area and he suggested that I just fill out the skin with larger implants. So I went up to 750ccs!! Oh my gosh I know! I probably liked those for the first six months and then realized that they were so huge on my frame and began to look like they were sliding off of my breast wall. I couldn't fit anything, I would buy a medium bottom swimming suit with an extra large top and still be oozing out everywhere! I remember getting to the point of being embarrassed to take my shirt or broth in front of anyone because they just looked like utters. So fast forward to May 2013 when I finally decided that I was going to go and have a lift. I knew that's what I needed. So I went to one doctor who told me he would have to do a full anchor lift and that it would be difficult and may not turn out like I like. I remember getting in the car and feeling so depressed and not wanting to go with him. The next day I had an appointment with another doctor and he changed my whole world. He said he could lift me and do the revision and have me high and tight like I wanted with just a lollipop lift. Please know I did much research between the two doctors and have been obsessed with finding out information online but I'm just cutting the story down for reading sake.
I had my surgery on May 29. I was going in for a bilateral capsuloraphy which is an internal bra stitching since the implants I had before at 750 were so large he needed to go in and close the pocket to make it smaller. He also removed a lot of my own breast tissue so that he could get the implant in high and tight without tissue being in the way and eventually weighing down the breast. I was coming from probably 834 ass, sometimes I wear a 36 DD but it never fit me properly. I never went purchased a DDD but I'm pretty sure I was in the F ballpark. Tomato-Tomatoe!
I wanted to be what I was calling a Smedium D. I thought I would be between 400-450cc. My doctor told me we would definitely decide the day of surgery. So the day of surgery he again asked me exactly my expectations and I told him that I wanted them high and tight but not real large and that's when he suggested that I go to 500cc with removal of breast tissue from the upper pole to give me that upper fullness. What I found interesting is I could've went with 400cc and left my breast tissue and been the same size as I am with 500cc with removing the tissue but the overall look would be different. I liked the way he was thinking!!
When I went to my post op visit the next day and they removed all of my dressings I was so happy! They looked a little crazy but again from reading so many reviews on this website I was not anxious because I knew what to expect. The doctor came in and told my husband he was very happy with how they turned out. So here I am three days later and I can tell a slight difference from day one. I plan to post and share my information. Please feel free to ask me any questions as I am happy to help where I can!

Thanks! :) I think that was a contributing factor to mine looking soooo big and wide...they were 750ccs mods too. Yours look really good too! You are definitely not flat chested sister!! Do you not get back pain or do they not feel heavy? I really like your look but for me I probably needed to get the HP with the internal bra to make them feel right as well. It makes such a difference!! I am s happy I did the internal bra this time. i had 450cc saline the first time and 500cc silicone this time and def can tell the difference with the lift and the internal bra! I want mine to stay high and tight like you! :) Keep posting pics! I will took! I am happy you are happy with them! I know the journey can be tiresome! Rock'em girl!!! Cheers to a great boob summer! :)

5 DAYS POST OP
I am so very proud of myself. I stopped taking the pain medication 2 1/2 days after my surgery. I feel that that is pretty good being that I have internal sutures also known as bilateral capsuloraphy or Internal Bra, a Lollipop Lift and Exchange of Implants. I really contribute a lot of that to being a healthy active individual. I work out 4 to 5 times a week and take a lot of vitamins and try to stay healthy. Of course I could always be better but I definitely have had friends anything out for weeks with the same procedure. I'm sore but It's not as miserable as one may imagine. Therefore, so I am trying to get back to feeling like myself :) I am off work for two weeks and this being the fifth day I'm pretty sure I will go insane. Ha ha ! My husband insists on me doing nothing and just being lazy which some part of that I don't want to fight him for but the other side of me doesn't want to become a slug and go mad!
Any who, bored today, I started taking a few pics.... Thought I'd share :)
