33yr Old Mum of 2, in Need of Nice Breasts to Feel Finally Ok with my Body - Perth, AU

I originally decided I was going to 'one day' have my boobs done about 15yrs ago. Pre hubby, pre kids - pre anything!!!! I've never been ok with them. It didn't help that I was a late developer and always wore padded push ups.
Since then I've got married, had my babies and got somewhat bigger but not fuller. I didn't get the so
sagginess that so many do as I didn't feed both of mine very long so no real damage could take place. I have always been very selfconcious about them and my hubby has always known how I felt. So I told him 7yrs ago I want it done and the convo came up of 'affordable want vs need' so I naturally felt silly and shelved the idea. Since had #2 and over the years the 'want was feeling more like a need'.
Started researching overseas medical treatment and was set on going thru Restoredbeautygetaways to Thailand. I was going to be going in 2015 to have it done. Heard mixed response from close family and friends and was seriously doubting my OS trip. Upon talking about it to many people it dawned on me how concerned I was about overseas treatment and definitely possible complications. I researched the hell out of it, yet something was telling me not to. The surgeons had glowing reviews and mostly everyone was happy. I have nothing against restoredbeautygetaways at all, or people who choose OS treatment. It is a very personal decision. I just decided it wasn't for me!!!
I researched Perth plastic surgery and came up with a few well know ones. I decided on Dr Anh Nguyen. She is amazing and so lovely. She told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to. Gave me the best possible scenario I would be happy with. I went with 390cc MOD Textured Silicone, submuscular, under Breast insicion. I had it done Wed 10/12/2014 and it's now Mon 15/12/2014 and I'm feeling pretty great.
Still very awkward sleeping, on my back which my preference is side!!!! Looking forward to being able to side sleep again..
I am thrilled with my results. They're a lil high at the moment and I know given time they will settle nicely. I originally was umming and aahhing btwn 390 / 430cc. So so glad I went 390. I now know that the 430 would've been very fake looking and that's not the look I'm wanting.
I just wanna fill out a nice bra, feel normal in my skin, not like some teen in bathers....
Dr Anh's practice is primarily females and I think if your a lady concerned with that she'll put your mind at ease. I'm so glad I saw her and her amazing team.
My advise is to know as much as poss. Ask tonnes of questions. Don't be afraid to have a notepad full of them at your pre surgery appts. Research the hell outta it. Find a great surgeon who specialises in plastic surgery 'not cosmetic surgery' there is a big big difference. Check what you're covered for etc. You won't look back, you'll love the new you!!!!

Feeling pretty good peeps. My boobozas are feeling 'less numb' and more apart of me now. Still huge and quite swollen which I know is temporary and will pass. Really loving the fullness tho. So happy I opted for 390's and in all honesty I could've pulled off the 430 too. Here's hoping I didn't make a mistake. Only time will tell I guess. The only advice that comes to mind now is to go with your gut feeling and it'll show you the way.
