So after a bit of improvement and consults with 7 different plastic surgeons over the past year, I have settled on Dr. Anil Shah in Chicago, who is a facial plastic surgeon, for a lower facelift/necklift. That is what Dr. Shah does--no booty or breasts--just face, neck and noses. He is very confident and skilled from what I have gleaned from patient reviews. After reading lots of reviews on RealSelf, may people had lamented that they did not choose a facial plastic surgeon. You only have one face, right? Now, when to schedule. Looking at either January 2017 or June 2017, depending on my work status.

59 year old......cool sculpting neck

This is nearly my 2 month mark where results are revealed. I think cool sculpting did improve my neck. Not sure if I will go for another session (that would be 2 mini's-one for each side) due to the cost. But I do like what I am seeing. Hopefully, as Dr. Kovak stated, Improvement will continue over several months.

Over the past 7 years, I have seen Dr. Kovak for laser treatment of acne scars, liposuction of the neck/jowls, and for injections of Sculptra, Botox, Radiesse, and Juvederm (not all at the same time--lol). He has a kind manner and an artistic eye! He is realistic in outcomes and a great listener. He does not push any "interventions" on his patients. His staff is very friendly, competent, and knowledgeable in all procedures offered. The office is modern, beautiful, and equipped with state-of-the-art technologies! I highly recommend Dr. Kovak to family and friends, and many have utilized his skills.
