Hate to tell my past self this but 8 years and 2 babies later, I must say the procedure was worth it. The belly pooch has never come back, even after having two babies. Coolsculpting actually works, and work very very long term.

Saw some results, for sure, yesterday at the exact 3 week mark. Side view is getting way better. I ate and drank like normal (in fact, maybe even overate and overdrank a tad yesterday) and this is what my stomach looks like today. NOT overly bloated. Stomach is smoothing out.
My current thoughts are: this probably does work, and even if it gives me the stomach I always wanted, I would NEVER do it again to any other part of my body. I don't regret it, but I'd never do it again.
The pain and the possible long term side effects (who the f really knows...FDA approval means little to me...this technology has only been around for 6-7 years, which is not even close to enough time for a long term study) are not worth doing it again!

Thanks for the pics. I had cool sculpting done 5 weeks ago and the second procedure (same area) one week ago. I see NO RESULTS and am bummed!

I am 5 weeks out today, no results yet either. Just hoping that 8 week mark is the magic number. I had very little fat to start with just two small pockets that make me uncomfortable in a bikini, I had them even prior to kids and they almost look like two patches of cellulite which makes me wonder if this isn't going to work for me:(

Where did you have this done? Wonder if there are different machines/companies that manufacture these machines. Maybe some work better than others. (just like there are different types of lasers)

I just started week four and no results yet. I have lost an inch but still I can pinch a HUGE jelly roll. I am not too discouraged. I truly think it can take
Months to see results. I am going to be pissed if it doesn't work.

My stomach is flatter without the swelling but still feels normal-ish, with a hint of progress. In these photos, this is about what my stomach normally looks like in the morning when I'm not bloated by food. I know I'm only 2.5 weeks in, but the lower abdominal fat *might* be a tiny bit less prominent than usual. Could be a good sign of what's to come.
