Nose rhinoplasty correction

I waited 9 months later to write this as they said the changes can still occur 6 months after the surgery. Can't lie. Disappointed and still photoshopping my nose. I had a rhinoplasty 12 years ago or so and found my tip appeared to look droopy and slightly leaning one way and my nostrils and overall nose seemed too large.
I had seen the work Dr. Rosen had done on someone close to him and thought that was what I wanted! so I chose him hoping to create the perfect perky tip like she had which I told him.
The cost ended up being the same as when I did the original rhinoplasty which was a much larger job including shaving bone etc. So I was surprised when this healed there was literally a 2% difference from what I had before. The only change is he corrected the leaning by attaching the columella to bone or cartilage. But my nose is still too big. The tip isn't perky, still appears to large and my nostrils are too spread out.

Improvement

I just wanted to note it took 2 years but my tip has improved a lot. If I do not smile, my nose is actually perfect. The doctor did a great job creating a perky tip.
Unfortunately when I smile…which is a lot, my tip drops and my nostrils still flare out. Creating a nose still a little too big for my liking.
I think he may have mentioned this is just how my face is and there is nothing that can be done but as a perfectionist it’s hard to hear it’s not fixable.
But still a big improvement, it just took a long time to settle and change
