Hi I am a 28 year old female, just underwent breast augmentation and rhinoplasty yesterday morning at 10:30am. Had 320cc Sientra smooth round silicone, moderate profile implants. I had my first post op appt this morning and had all ace bandages removed, so far I am really happy. The pain has been moderate, mostly located around the incision, under the breast. Also lots of tension swelling around the otter edges. Ive moved to wearing a surgical bra and trying to take it easy although all i want to do is clean the house and move around. I think the meds are making me antsy! Will post some pictures pre and post op, still very swollen. would love some feedback, Im nervous I maybe went too small or need some best support keeping them together. thanks!

2 days post op
Hi ladies, so thankful for the feedback already and finding the real self community! Im officially 2 days post op and feeling a little better than yesterday. Woke up in the middle of the night again with severe pressure near the incisions. Ive had a hard time sleeping on my back as Im usually a side sleeper. Using some large king pillows last night helped.
The implants seem to be dropping a little already. Yesterday the right looked larger and now the left one looks larger. Im hoping the symmetry is perfect once the drop fully. I also have zero feeling in my nipples and top of the breast. Showering has also been one of the bigger challenges. Taking a bath and sponging near the breast has been the easier for me. Overall the experience has been up and down but thankfully my Dr and staff has been so helpful with any questions.
Will post some new pictures from this morning (not too much of a change from yesterday)
wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a good front clasp sports bra?

I bought all of my bras at Walmart. I they were Fruit of the Loom & they came in cotton and in spandex. Plus they were only $10. Check there!

Great! I've been looking for some good cotton ones. The bra from the Dr's office almost seems too small. Thanks for the advice!

Showering is impossible it seems!
Just tried taking my first shower 2 days post op and wow was it difficult. Because I also had rhinoplasty, trying to keep the water from running down my face and also to the incision tape seemed almost impossible.
Yesterday I bathed and that seemed easier.
Has anyone had trouble with showering in the first week or tips for washing without getting the tapping wet

Did your PS tell you not to get the tape wet? I showered the day after but my mom had to help me dry off as that was difficult....

yes my surgeon gave me some better instructions on showering and I had my bf help me with drying off. washing my hair still seems to be a challenge but oh well ! Thank you !
