Going on the positive reviews here I decided to go with Dr. Mishra. What a mistake. I hate what he has done to my chest. His liposuction skills are abysmal.
Seemingly others have good results, but he gave me an ugly mastectomy, not a shaped male chest. He removed far too much fat, and did it unevenly. My chest has holes and ripples, and the shape is wrong. he totally reshaped my chest - in a bad way. In fact one area is concave. I actually discussed in detail with him if this had ever happened and he assured me that it had never happened with him. I instructed him to err on the side of leaving too much fat rather than to take too much...... I told him the main thing I wanted was just to take the tissue out.....
The day of the operation everything in the hospital seemed very disorganized, my surgery started at least an hour late, and everything seemed very rushed. Choosing Dr Mishra was possibly the worst mistake I have ever made. The results have left me shattered. These photos are before shots, and nine months later. The pictures speak for themselves.
If this review stops one person from getting a bad result than at least one good thing has come of this.
Avoid Dr Mishra.

I understand your situation but I did tell you to kindly be patient with this as there is still time and you are still healing. I always advocate to start assessment of results after complete 1 year, and I am here to help if you feel anything has gone wrong.
I can see that right side is mildly depressed from the left side and I am still hopeful that this will settle in next 3-4 months and can get better with massage because you are still in recovery phase. Sometimes, slight discrepancy may occur even if 1 ML of extra fat is removed and this doesn't happens due to fault of the surgeon but this is a well known possibility/complication of liposuction specially in patients who have less body fat and advancing age (50 years). All surgeries have some chances of complications but they rarely occur, and can be managed if occurred. Every individual's body responds to healing and recovery in a different way so nobody can tell this in advance. There are few things which are beyond surgeon's control but I am with you as I replied you in my mail. I have performed more than 1200 cases of chest reshaping and such thing has never occurred, but that doesn't mean that complications can never occur.
My honest opinion is that you kindly be patient with this and wait for 4 months' more, and massage the depressed side with moisturiser 3-4 times daily with slight pressure in all directions.
Please update me with pictures from exact front angles (with both hands down) after 3-4 months' time.
I am hopeful that this will settle with due course of time and I am always here to help you with further treatment (if needed after 2-3 months) please rest assured because this can be surely fixed if doesn't settles after 2-3 months. I hope you will try to understand though it is difficult for you to do now, but I want you to be with me and don't let this feel you shattered.
