Wanted 290's CC sub muscular' out. Fed up with round fake look and the implants had stayed high on my chest wall whilst breast had naturally fallen. Decided on au natural & wanted explanation with lift to go back to my pre pregnancy pert AA's after 15 yrs booby! Clothes looked top heavy on me. Was suggested I had a new natural feeling B-Lite implant which are 30% lighter than usual silicone implants. They look & feel like foam! I had 240's in tear drop and I love them. I have flatt chest wall with quite a filling bottom pole. You don't know I e got any boob until you see my naked boob. That's what I wanted but hadn't realised I could get that and go down a size without uplift! Now a size B. A full one in bras. Clothes hang nice and I've god some boob for them moments when you want to have some boob...

Hi. How long did you have the drains in for? Could you post front on pic as I could only see side view of the new ones. You say they feel like foam, could you give more detail - is there likely to be wrinkling from these? Are they a different sort of cohesive gel then, or something completely new? Glad you are so pleased.

The drains were in for that day. I was in theatre at 9am back in my room about 10:30 and the drains were taken out before I left about 3pm. The B Lite is a new silicone gel. They are 30% lighter than regular implants. Mr Inglefield gave me one of each to hold in my hands and you can feel the difference. If you go on to their website The London Bridge Plastic surgery and search for B Lite you can see a video about them. They are the first hospital to use these as they are so new. My boobs feels light and have a slight bounce when I walk or run. They guarantee you no need for a lift after these due to the light weight implant not causing a gravity hang... I'll post front ones tonight. x

Thanks for posting. What a great result, they seem amazingly soft and just 10 weeks! I would like to know when you say they feel like foam - could you say what type of foam you are thinking of when you say that? Is the B lite silicone gel a fluid gel or solid? Also, what type of implant did you have removed, was it cohesive or saline or soft gel? Thanks.

Hey there, When you touch the implant at the consultation they feel squeezy n squishy but when they are in and you touch your breast they feel like soft boobs!?! Sorry. Don't go too much on my foam description. They are more pliable and squeezy yet they are solid. A bit like a firm sofa cushion....
I had silicone solid cohesive gels removed. They are really soft for ten weeks. They are as if I've had them years. They are already bedded in.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us! You look great! Was it very painful?

Thanks. I'll update some newer pictures soon as I'm about ten weeks post op now. This was a few days. A slight pain for first two to three days but nothing that painkillers can't manage. You just don't realise how much you use your chest wall with every movement you make! Sitting up to get off of the sofa, making tea, brushing your teeth! When you do these things your mindful of the slight tug on your chest but they do ask you to not lift the kettle or Hoover for first two weeks post op. Are you considering?
