Failed Double Chin Lipo

I went to Dr Kutty for wide awake double chin lipo and buccal fat. It has been over a year and I see no difference. He placed his hand under my chin showing how it would look after. A big difference- exactly What I wanted. However, I didn’t get anything close. I recently consulted with him and he told me that it looks better than it was and it was now loose skin from the fat removal. I was told from the beginning that if it didn’t look better within 6 plus months, I would be taken care of. I guess this means spending the money all over to do it again. To be clear I love Kelly and Dr K was very nice. However, I am not happy with my results. This has been an insecurity my whole life and I spent the $$ thinking I wouldn’t have to deal with it anymore. Unfortunately I feel the same. I have since contacted him again about the issue and he has not responded. I believe he is a great dr, but my results were sub par if that. The photo on the left is before and the right is after (with arrows). I am just heartbroken.
