Scar was awful - Before and after results were identical

His attitude and demeanor is abhorrent. Any issue or criticism is met with arrogance and excuses. The entire experience is beyond words. The nurse and the receptionist are fine. They're a very awkward team and REALLY impatient. Lacks compassion more than any doctor I've ever encountered. They boast 'dr brace goes above and beyond' and that's not the case. Above and beyond to benefit himself and get as many customers in and out as quickly as possible.
He did my procedure when I had a RAGING sty. My eye was literally swollen shut, and to my shock, he proceeded to operate! Needless today my body could not handle the trauma, further infection developed and the surface stitches split. The deep sutures were supposed to dissolve but we're rejected instead. Complete knots were pushed out of the wound, and the nurse said it looks to be healing great!
The scar was awful, my before and after results were IDENTICAL. $5000 spent so I could get my face sawed into by a really inconsiderate doctor and no improvement. He also referred to my facial asymmetry as a defect. Which I had never considered it to be, but I'll never forget it now.
A year later I did a scar excision. The experience was even worse. The result is much better, but I am now exaggerating when I say what he did makes me sick.

5 and a half months later he redid it and it came out the way I wanted it to. He only charged me $1500 as well which was crazy. A simple scar revision is $750 so for this to be such a low charge I couldn't believe it.
Have you had yours redone or have any resolution? :(
Both times, they gave me Ativan beforehand to help calm me. The second time, I asked for more because I felt like I needed it. It hasn't even dissolved under my tongue and they were urging me to get started. I hate the scar but my lip definitely looks better than it did before. I think I'd rather have the "defect" I had instead of the experience I had with Dr Brace.

I had a chiropractor ask me to fill out an update sheet of how my treatments were going. I answered honestly and said that the pain was actually worse. I wasn't mean or rude I was just honest, thinking it could help him help me. I thought that was the whole point of asking for the detailed update. He flipped his attitude from always being nice to being nasty and offended. I canceled my treatments that day and never went back. Idk why some ppl act this way but it is unacceptable to treat patients like that and your case was worse since you had already spent so much and were basically at his mercy :(
