Natural breast augmentation- a win win procedure

After comparing with PS in Orlando, I decided to use Dr Kirk for the procedure. She is very friendly to talk to, young yet professional. I never wanted an implant in my body but my chest was just pitifully flat. Fat grafting breast augmentation seem to be a perfect solution. The first surgeon I visited has years of experience in this area, but his attitude was not as optimistic as Dr Kirk. He did not think there will be enough fat tissue and therefore, I should not have high expectation. The consultation experience with Dr Kirk was great. She offered the same treatment of the fat grafting areas with confidence. On the day of surgery, Dr Kirk patiently found fat tissue from my thigh, abdomen, and flank areas for grafting. I can see her skill demonstrated from the incisions size/depth and her thoughtfulness from the incision locations. The anesthesia team were wonderful as well; I woke up feel pain immediately (which means sufficient but not over saturated medication was applied) and that's when the healing process begins.

1 week post-op, everything went well!
Follow up visit with Dr Kirk was great, she's such a warm and caring person.
I was told appox. 375cc were grafted to the breast, can't believe my chest is no longer flat.
My journey of recovery was super; the bruises from lipo has gone down significantly. I took 2 Tylenol 500mg capsules after the surgery, 2 at night on the same day, and 2x2 on the following day and after that no pain pill was needed, the prescribed pain medication remain untouched... I believe our body has amazing power of self-healing, big thanks to our Creator.
In fact, there has not been much pain at all on the breast, only some discomfort from the tissue grafting sites, but still very tolerable from my experience.
The pre-op breast tissue expansion does contributed much on the ease of post-op pain; though the BRAVA or BRAVA Alternative tissue expansion was somewhat agonizing and labor intensive ; it was important and well worthy for the procedure. Day 3 after surgery, I was in the gym walking on the treadmill, almost started running after 1 mile but common sense refrained myself from doing so, just wondering if my boobs would shakes up and down, haha...
Return to work on Day 4 and my life was 95% back to normal on Day 5, except some bruises and swell from the donor sites.
The photos are from 8 days post-op, no swelling or pain. First time in my life that I can put my palms under and push the breast up. They may not look impressive but if you'd seen my pre-op photos, imagine over-easy fried eggs with nipple on top of it, you'd probably give my PS a round of applause!! :) :)

2 weeks post-op; feels like 1 month or longer already. Lipo sites are healing nicely, my thighs used to look patrotic-red, white, and lots of blue, are now with trace of red and yellow. Breast started to feel soft on both sides; I've been eating more steak and oatmeal lately trying to feed my newly relocated fat ; )
My pants are dropping, I can wear a pair of bike compression shorts inside the pants to hold them up to my waist. I feel great overall, the only discomfort part up to this day is the harvest sites from my lower back and hip areas. It's probably too soon to evaluate the transferred fat retention in 2 weeks but will post an update at 3 months post-op with some photos.
