I was not happy at all with the final results of my tummy tuck my stomach is flatter but definitely not as flat as it could be or what I expected. Even after going in office to have a revision procedure. If there was lipo done on my flanks and back I can't tell , my flanks looks as if they weren't even touched. I feel like I was cheated out of thousands of dollars and I felt that if I had have paid much less and have been much happier. After explaining my concerns to Dr. Kirk about the access fat that visibly still remained on my sides stomach and back I was told that It was skin which made absolutely no sense to me since I'd undergone a tummy tuck and if done correctly all of the access skin should have been removed. After voicing my concerns on 2 or 3 follow up visits and undergoing a free cool sculpture procedure which was a complete waist of my time I was told she could go back in and lipo me more but I would need to pay another $4k on top of the $7500 I'd already paid just to achieve the look I should have received from the first surgery. I decided not to call her back because after the disappointment I suffered after undergoing the first surgery I did not want to undergo a second surgery only to be just as dissatisfied and out of more money. At this point no one from her office has contacted me to see what my decision was for going forward. I'd mention to them that I was considering going to The DR to have the problems I saw corrected And of course they advised me against it but I am planning to do so in the near future! If you are looking to have a tummy tuck and would like achieve a great result along with great contouring then Dr. Sophia Kirk is definitely not the dr you want to see!
