Alloclae Breast Fat Transfer (Donor Fat)

I wanted to write a review for Alloclae as this is a very new FDA approved procedure that many people may not know of. I wanted to provide an honest review in hopes of providing insight into the decision-making process of getting this procedure done.

I have always been pretty small-chested for my athletic frame. I am 5'6, 160lbs. Prior to breastfeeding, I was closer to a B cup. After breastfeeding, I was a solid a cup on my left breast, and slightly under an A cup on my right. I would estimate there was a 0.5cc difference. There was some volume loss particularly on the upper and lower poles of my breast, especially the right one. I learned of Alloclae by accident scrolling through the web of alternative breast enhancements from implants. After some time researching, I decided to schedule an appt with Dr. Zeidler due to her primary focus on breast enhancement, education and skillset, her bedside manner, and her location.

On the day of the appointment, I was brought into their medical room promptly. Pictures and numbing agent were put on me. After waiting the hour for the solution to take effect, the procedure began. I will say the poking of the needle for the numbing solution was quite painful. Dr. Zeidler ended up having to inject various cc of lidocaine to help block the nerves. The procedure is done awake with no anesthesia, however the doctor was nice enough to put a towel over me so that I didn't have to watch the process.

When the procedure was done, I was surprised how much bigger my breast looked. I wasn't going for 100% symmetry, but I did want it to look relatively balanced. I ordered 200cc total. 87.5cc went to the left, and 112.5 cc went to the right. I went from an A cup to a C cup!

I was sent home with some aftercare instructions. I will saw that being post 9 days out. I was more sore than I thought I would be. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but the pain has been at a 7-8 up until 1-2 days ago. You may need to consider a moderate dose ibuprofen. Also, if you are active like me, you can expect to be down for the count for at least 2 weeks. Any jumping or compression on the breasts hurt. I have also had to sleep upright (I am a stomach sleeper) because of the pain and discomfort that ensues if anything compresses the breasts. It's still a bit uncomfortable to wear any bras for a long period of time, so I have been going without.

Finally, I will say my skin has been stretched as a result of the swelling, etc., so I have experienced some stretch marks and thinning of the skin of the breasts. Not ideal, but this is no fault of the doctor. I will wait for the swelling to go down before I treat the stretch marks. My breasts are still quite red and they do itch. The doctor has been responsive to my inquiries which has been an added plus.

Hi, how are you now? Your breasts look amazing. I am considering this procedure with the same Dr. Are you supposed to keep the C cup permanently? Except the swelling and stretch marks, did you have any other side effects?

Breast before procedure

I have reloaded a picture of my breast before alloclae procedure. As you can see, my right breast was much smaller than my left. I lost some volume after breastfeeding. My goal for the procedure was to add size and volume and I was able to achieve that.

You look amazing! I am scheduled to have this procedure done at the end of the month. Can you tell me how many cc you had injected into each breast?

Sure, I ordered 200 cc total. 87.5mg went into the left breast and the remainder went into the right breast.

Hyperpigmentation and Skin peeling

Creative649879
It's been over 3 weeks since I had the procedure and unfortunately have had a rough recovery. I want to start off my stating that Dr. Zeidler and her team have been very supportive and responsive throughout this whole process, which I am grateful for. Dr. Zeidler could not have predicted what would've happened to me. Nearly 1 week after the procedure, I developed excessive skin peeling and discoloration. The skin peeling occurred after I put hydrocortisone cream on my breast to help with new stretch marks that were developing after the recommendation of the dermatologist, though I feel this may have worsened my skin quality (my opinion, not that of the dermatologist). I was informed by the dermatologist that the skin discoloration is called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that occurs after an injury to the body (i.e.Surgery). Those with more melanin are more prone to this. I've been given treatment to help correct this.

My skin was so thin and inflamed that it caused my incision to thin and skin to rupture at the incision site, causing some of the product to flow out of my right breast. I had to take antibiotics as a precaution to prevent an infection. Luckily, the incision has closed naturally on it's own after applying gauze to stop the leakage, though I am still taking great precaution. My skin surrounding my breast is very thin and sensitive to the touch. The swelling has largely subsided and my cup size has downgraded to a B cup, which is to be expected seeing that I only did 200 of total.

All in all, I would say if you are wanting to increase your cup size, I still think Alloclae is a better option than implants or even BFT due to increased complications with liposuction, and better safety profile. However, with all the complications I had and my long road to recovery, I would not have gone through this if I know then what I know now. Self love and acceptance of the body you are born with is all that matters. It took me going through this to realize that. Just know that complications can happen to anyone, and you need to accept and make peace with that if you are going to embark on any cosmetic procedure, otherwise, I highly suggest you reconsider.

I will add too that if you have darker skin like me, please be aware that you may be at high risk of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, snd to factor that into your decision making when considering this or any cosmetic procedure. This can happen to anyone of any risks, but risks are greater for those of us with more melanin.

Hi, I did have considerable side effects as outlined in my follow up posts. I'd recommend reading those. My breast reduced in size. I am now barely a B cup. The symmetry of my breast did improve however. Despite this, I will say thay Dr. Zeidler and her team have been great and overall responsive. My experience appears to be an anomaly, but it can happen so consider with caution.

I do have some hard, lumpy spots that is likely fat necrosis. I have been gently massaging it under the doctor's orders. In my research, it can take months to resolve, snd sometimes it doesn't. In those cases, it would involve surgical removal of the fat cysts.
