Alloclae Breast Fat Transfer (Donor Fat)

6 week update - on the mend

Creative649879
I have attached updated pictures of my progress. My adverse reactions to alloeclae are improving. My skin has stopped peeling and the dermatitis I was experiencing at the top of my breasts have completely resolved. My skin integrity has greatly improved as well. The swelling is gone and my current breast size is likely at its final stage which is a B cup, with the right breast in between an A/B cup. I still have hyperpigmentation which is unfortunate, but am waiting to use the bleaching cream prescribed as the side effect can cause irritation, and I don't want to compromise the healing of my breast skin tissue. I want to give it even more time to be at its optimal state before treating the discoloration. I have maintained some fullness with my breasts.

All in all, it has been a long road to recovery, but I am grateful I am on the mend. This will likely be my last update for a while. I do not plan on getting any more surgeries or revisions. This journey has taught me a valuable lesson on love and self-acceptance. Hope my journey has inspired you in some way. Take care.

I forgot to add that I still have some lumpiness of my breasts from the fat transfer. I have read this can take months to heal, so I am gently massaging under doctor's orders. Some have resolved overtime which is good. However, there is a possibility many will not.

Thank you for the update. You look great. Glad to hear that things are recovering. All the best.

Thank you. One additional update are my breasts have further reduced in size to a full A cup, which is unfortunate considering the high sticker price of this procedure. Keep that in mind when doing this procedure. I did 200cc total of the product.

Thank you for sharing your journey. I had also gone to Dr Z for an Alloclae consult but went with a different provider. I'm only 1 day po. Would you say that you retained some of the donor fat? Is there any difference in size now at all now vs. pre op?

Hyperpigmentation and Skin peeling

Creative649879
It's been over 3 weeks since I had the procedure and unfortunately have had a rough recovery. I want to start off my stating that Dr. Zeidler and her team have been very supportive and responsive throughout this whole process, which I am grateful for. Dr. Zeidler could not have predicted what would've happened to me. Nearly 1 week after the procedure, I developed excessive skin peeling and discoloration. The skin peeling occurred after I put hydrocortisone cream on my breast to help with new stretch marks that were developing after the recommendation of the dermatologist, though I feel this may have worsened my skin quality (my opinion, not that of the dermatologist). I was informed by the dermatologist that the skin discoloration is called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that occurs after an injury to the body (i.e.Surgery). Those with more melanin are more prone to this. I've been given treatment to help correct this.

My skin was so thin and inflamed that it caused my incision to thin and skin to rupture at the incision site, causing some of the product to flow out of my right breast. I had to take antibiotics as a precaution to prevent an infection. Luckily, the incision has closed naturally on it's own after applying gauze to stop the leakage, though I am still taking great precaution. My skin surrounding my breast is very thin and sensitive to the touch. The swelling has largely subsided and my cup size has downgraded to a B cup, which is to be expected seeing that I only did 200 of total.

All in all, I would say if you are wanting to increase your cup size, I still think Alloclae is a better option than implants or even BFT due to increased complications with liposuction, and better safety profile. However, with all the complications I had and my long road to recovery, I would not have gone through this if I know then what I know now. Self love and acceptance of the body you are born with is all that matters. It took me going through this to realize that. Just know that complications can happen to anyone, and you need to accept and make peace with that if you are going to embark on any cosmetic procedure, otherwise, I highly suggest you reconsider.

I will add too that if you have darker skin like me, please be aware that you may be at high risk of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, snd to factor that into your decision making when considering this or any cosmetic procedure. This can happen to anyone of any risks, but risks are greater for those of us with more melanin.

Hi, I did have considerable side effects as outlined in my follow up posts. I'd recommend reading those. My breast reduced in size. I am now barely a B cup. The symmetry of my breast did improve however. Despite this, I will say thay Dr. Zeidler and her team have been great and overall responsive. My experience appears to be an anomaly, but it can happen so consider with caution.

I do have some hard, lumpy spots that is likely fat necrosis. I have been gently massaging it under the doctor's orders. In my research, it can take months to resolve, snd sometimes it doesn't. In those cases, it would involve surgical removal of the fat cysts.

OMG. I am sorry you are going through that. Do you feel better now? What about your sein and can Dr Zeidler do solething?
October 23, 2025
Thank you so much for sharing your journey, and sorry you've had to go through the complications. This kind of info helps infirm us all. I wonder if the pigmentation risk is the same for regular BFT. I've heard that the lumps are possible with regular BFT. I also wonder if dosing less but over 2 appointments would have made it easier on the body, so that the body had more time to stretch and absorb. These are the questions I would ask if I got it done, thanks to your information. I hope it all subsides for you soon.

Same response for me. Greatly appreciate the share!

The same thing happened to me from Alloclae to the breasts. I developed some large cysts and my breasts are now lumpy and have hard and uneven areas. They are also painful and one breast is discolored.

I am sorry to hear you experienced a similar outcome like I did. My breasts no longer hurt, but they are visibly lumpy, particularly after I wear a bra. You can see the shape of the lumps until my breasts relax. And the feel of my breasts are very evident when it comes to lumps. I had to use bleaching cream to get rid of the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation that came from the reaction from the procedure. As I mentioned before, if I could go back, I would not have done this to myself. Worst of all, I am back to an A cup after spending $30K!

I’m on day 3! Overall things have been really good. For only 25cc on each side they look so full! I was super flat to begin with and I wanted a little more cleavage. I was pretty sore day one because I went without painkillers (I forgot which ones he told me to take), but yesterday and today I’ve felt great (and I’m so amazed that the procedure didn’t hurt!!). I’m still a little lumpy and hard where I was injected, and I’m not worrying yet because he told me that a) the fat has to settle and “blend” into my own body and b) it’s normal for bruising to get hard (although it doesn’t look like I’ve bruised) and c) it’s still very early for me. I see my plastic again in a few weeks so I’ll let him know if they’re still like this. Mine was incredible so I trust him very much with anything he has to say. I did see some horror stories about cysts so I’m a little nervous, but my alloclae is very new plus I’ve never had a cyst nor have any history of cysts. Hoping for the best! If someone has had this let me know if you were also still lumpy and sort of hard on day 3. I’m going to wait for it to keep settling and building collagen and if not I’ll let my Dr know

Also some more info!! I just felt the area and the lumps are actually not as bad today. I feel like they were bumpier yesterday, but I could also be wrong. You can’t tell by looking at them, just by feeling which I think is a good sign because I saw comments saying they looked lumpy. I think personally I’m on a good path and got lucky, but like any procedure, I’m being careful and paying close attention constantly. I also still have all the marker on me (I can finally shower today thank goodness) so it is a little harder to tell if there’s bruising. If there is it’s very light but it sort of looks like I can see a little bit of yellow (bruising) where it went. The guy who did mine (again. Amazing!) said he hasn’t had any issues yet with his patients and said I won’t be the first lol! So fingers crossed everything is just a standard part of the process and will resolve in a few weeks like it’s supposed to.

Breast before procedure

Creative649879
I have reloaded a picture of my breast before alloclae procedure. As you can see, my right breast was much smaller than my left. I lost some volume after breastfeeding. My goal for the procedure was to add size and volume and I was able to achieve that.

You look amazing! I am scheduled to have this procedure done at the end of the month. Can you tell me how many cc you had injected into each breast?
September 6, 2025
Sure, I ordered 200 cc total. 87.5mg went into the left breast and the remainder went into the right breast.
