I have always had a small chest but since having my kids they are now saggy and have no perkiness at all. I have always wanted larger breasts, I live in push up bras, even my sports bras enhance the size of your boobs- they are called "handfuls".
I have decided that it's time to focus on me a little bit more so I am ready to start this journey.
I am most nervous about the recovery as I am a personal trainer and teach fitness classes- this also makes me wonder what procedure (over or under the pecs) would be best for me.

I love this site, I find it really helpful with answering questions and hearing other people's experiences. I can't stop looking at pictures. I even tried to make rice sizers today, I don't think they turned out too well.

I am 1 day post op. I would describe the pain as working out you chest really hard. Hopefully you'll be able to take a couple weeks off of personal training after you've had your procedure.

Thanks so much Woodmere. That makes me feel better. Did you go subpec?
April 9, 2015
Yes, which I hear is more painful than the other. Heads up these things look SUPER weird the first week or so. They start really high (mine are about 2" from my clavicle right now) but the doctor told me to expect it.

I am thinking I would like to be a full C. I am 5'6 and a bit, never weigh myself so don't know weight but I like the look of C's. I wore the rice sizers around yesterday and they were equivalent to 355cc. I liked that look. I definetly want cleavage and I like the idea of some side boob too, so not sure where that puts me. I am leaning towards gummi bears but not sure about round or tear drop. I guess I'll have to wait to see the doc. They contacted me yesterday to give me pricing range and consult fee but haven't heard back in regards to an appt. yet.

Oh u have plenty of skin, I would defo get overs. I was back cardio ( well no bouncing running etc) after 2 weeks and at 3 weeks I was given the all clear for squats lunges, lower body exercises and also arms shoulders etc. to be honest I'm 5 weeks now and back to my normal gym routine since 3 weeks. The only thing I've not done is chest press but once I see doc next week that's the first on my list. I feel great

Hi Mixie, Thanks so much for that info. That really helps. I like the idea of a shorter recovery time. What was your pain like?
April 11, 2015
I wouldn't call it pain at all, I only took my pain killers cause I was told to make sure I did. I was also told to take Valium the first 3 days, but I didn't. No need for them. To be honest it was a very painless experience for me. My movement was limited for first week that's about it. Hope this helps :)

Oh, awesome. I can't wait to hear about it! how long did you have to wait to get in? Do you know generally how long you have to wait after the consult for your actual surgery? It's great to find someone local!

I was squeezed in for May 19th, but the next appointment available was mid June. He does most surgeries on Tuesdays. You pay a 25% deposit with the rest due 4 weeks prior to surgery.
