I was deceived by the 5-star reviews with no photos. Worst experience of my life.
Before/after pics - there was a new girl in training. She was told "it takes a few times to get the right angle because the pose is not natural." The surgical coordinator/admin said it's harder to get me in the right position because I'm skinny. They kept asking me to sink my face into my chin. They were trying to create an illusion of a double chin for the "before" photo which is false advertising.
After the surgery- my face was left crooked. Dr.Wittenberg's staff ignored me for months. They didn't reply to any email or answer any question. I was left in the dark. I couldn't smile. I wanted subtle results but the surgery aged me.
I finally got a follow-up appointment that was rescheduled 4 times by his staff. Completely unorganized. I had to wait 1 hour in the end regardless of my scheduled appointment. Dr.Wittenberg was very egotistic and defensive. He didn't listen to my concerns. He didnt know why my face lost function and why I couldn't smile anymore. Dr.Wittenberg spoke about his idea of beauty standards which was the opposite of what I wanted. He interrupted me every time I spoke and walked out. It was clear he didn't listen to anything I asked for in the consultation.
I felt like I had to beg to get it reversed. It cost $10k for the surgery and $10k for the reversal. The photos say it all. I have to get fillers for the rest of my life to fix his mistakes. I should never have been treated like this or charged $10k to fix this.

I’d like to point out that majority of the 5-star reviews were made by fake google profiles that haven’t reviewed anyone else but Dr.Wittenberg, meanwhile all of the 1-star reviews are backed up with photo evidence.

Hi I am curious why you had surgery your jaw was beautifully shaped naturally ? What was your goal? Was it for functional issues ? Or teeth issues ?

Hi! I wanted to know if any of those pics is you after you got the genio reversed. I’m in the same boat as you were and I’m trying to get my genio reversed but it’s hard to find reviews from people who had their genioplasty reversed.
