Bad results - my eyes are very uneven after surgery

I need to write this review to inform everyone and ask you not to do any cosmetic surgery at Dr Chen Lee if you do not wish any very bad result happening to you.

First of all! I went to have my bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty done by him, I choose him because it was the only place where I could book the consultation quickly and easily and the consultation fees would be included in the operation costs while other places are more expensive and very difficult to get an appointment. Secondly! I could get the operation day also so easily for the time I was choosing, Third I choose him Because I am Asian and he is Asian too, I was more confident in letting him do the surgery for me than other places.

I had my eye surgery by him to remove some excess skin above my eyes. my eyes before operation ( Photo1), you can see my eyes were very symmetrical but there was excess skin on both eyes.

But one week after the operation, I noticed that my left fold has been double size from my right fold, the fold of my left eye is unraveled and both are very uneven (photo 2). two months later I had another consultation with him about this matter but he denied it and he did not let me to talk because he told me he's a doctor. I had a blepharoplasty on April 4, 2024. I was very angry because to me everyone could make mistakes and I would forgive easily but my eyes needed to be fixed, he told me it needed more time and everything would become naturally and normally. He insisted that both eyes are symmetrical and ask me to stop telling him anything.

I returned to see him on July 26, almost 4 months after the operation and my eyes stay the same (crippled, ugly and uneven), I tried to explain this is his mistake because he did not perform equally for both side but he told me not to tell him anything because he is a doctor and he did not want to listen.

You can see in photos the fold of my eyes which are very uneven (photo 2), the space of the operation line on the left eye doubles the space comparing to the operation line on the right eye! I couldn't open my left eye easily and when I do, there is above my left eye, not only there is a big double folds on my left eye but there is also a unnatural form of skin above my eyelid which gives me the impression of having a disabled eye. Looks very crippled and ugly (photo 3)! Until now he insist that my eyes looks better and refused to admit his incompetence.

Please don't let Dr. Chen perform any operations on your face and on your body. He is very incompetent and very dishonest. before the operation he talked very nice but when I returned to see him for this problem, not only he told lie to me and denied his error and not let me talking about this problem. Do yourself a favor! Try to search and get information elsewhere before deciding to do a cosmetic procedure even if the price is higher, all the surgery doctor can perform the operation but for esthetique surgery they need also the skill and the artistic eyes from a doctor and Dr Chen does not have these. Avoid Dr Chen at all cost. you can see in the photo 3, I need a very good surgery doctor to fix it.
