Left with damaged eyesight and asymmetrical eye size/shape

I found Dr. Cohen while looking for specifically a UPPER EYELID FILLER INJECTION doctor for my sole problem of hollow upper eyelids. Online search and his office confirmed he DOES perform that procedure. During consultation, he told me he DOES NOT do that procedure. He instead repeatedly pushed a Muellerectomy procedure and upper eyelid fat transpositioning and grafting multiple times, despite my resistance. Of course $6600 for those procedures is more lucrative than $700 for fillers and I fell victim to I believe greed and lies. I went in with tight upper eyelids and after 1st surgery one eyelid drooped and the other developed excess skin. He didn't even do the fat grafting and didn't refund me for it. After 2nd surgery when he removed additional skin and it didn't work, he offered to fix my eyelids through filler injection or fat grafting. I caught him in his lie, confronted him, and he just continued changing his words. He also lied about providing steroid shots for keloids, drugs for surgery, etc. After 3rd surgery of additional skin removed and fat grafting, I'm left with damaged eyesight (I had 20/20 vision and need to wear glasses now), with assymetrical eye size, shape, and lids, overexposed waterlines, and my eyes don't completely close during sleep. I now have headaches, more anxiety, depression, destroyed confidence. My whole experience was a complete nightmare. I can't believe I paid almost $7000 for an incompetent doctor to mess up my eyes and make me look worse. I regret all of this. I asked for half of my money back, but he rejected it. I hope no one else ever becomes a victim to this person. I believe he has lied so many times, he's a terrible communicator, greedy, dishonest, and a incompetent eye doctor.
