A few photos from the end of week 8. Feeling good. Started exercising again yesterday. I've really missed working out! I'll post again in a week or two.
Week 5 update
I've been back to work for a week now and I'm seeing progress everyday. Still swollen and bulging above my incision but it seems to be getting better. I know it's still very early in the healing process. I developed a sore behind my incision last week. Had fluid and old clotted blood removed at my ps office. Swelling went down after that was done. I hope the bulge above my incision goes away eventually! It's getting better. My arm lift results are great already too.
