I had Vasef lipo on my upper arms on 5/31/2018
Dr. Khattab is all about money and does not have compassion.
He is a man of few words and does not give much information.
I had Vaser lipo on my upper arms 7 weeks ago and have major scar tissue.
He did not recommend Lymphatic massages, but instead wanted to charge me an additional 3,000 to have Venus Legacy to tighten my arms.
I wxnt to hane lymphatic masszges on my own and the person said he could not beleive how bad my arms were at 7 weeks.
I also went to another specialist doctor to get her opinion and she said the same thing.
She had suggestions of how to break up the tightened tissue and suggested i go back to my doctor and see how he can make it right.
Also on my left arm i have a major indentation from agressive suction.
When i went back to him he said it was not scar tissue and he did a good job. He said it was my body.
He the sajd he would give me a discount on the Venus legacy for 2,000 vs 3,000.
I then asked to have a copy of my medical records, because i never received informatikn in writing about my surgery. He then got very defensive and said he felt that he was being threatened and cancelled my discount.
Also if you look up his credential information he is a Interenest doctor. Not a plastic surgeon.
So everyone out there please do your homework and research.
As clients we have the right to our medical records.

Update on my last bad review for this doctor.
I had to ask for a copy of my medical record for the procedure done and when i did he was very rude thinking i was going to take him to court. Which i wasn't.
When i received my medical record i was shocked. First of all there were pre op documents that should have been given to me which they were not.
Second.. There were documents including an Third.. There were post op instructions that were not given to me.
Fourth. One document said i had the Vaser lipo done to my abdomen which is incorrect. (It was for my upper arms).I must say that this is no way to run a business, especially when it comes to cosmetic surgery.
Very unprofessional! My feelings are that it is all about head count and the almighty dollar sign.
An assembly line.
Not Quality.

Wow thank you for posting, I live in BC and was thinking of going to him. Absolutely not as of now, I hate people who don't care and are just trying to move people through their procedures for money. Your arms do not look botched too bad to be embarrassed... and I think if you wanted an improvement going to someone who cares, they could fix what he has done thankfully. You are not at a point where it cannot be fixed further. Good luck and update us :)

I am still trying to get corrected and the work completed. They still have my money while his license is suspended. The lies are incredible.

You notice the photos for after the upper arm Vaser liposuction do not show the back of the arms!!!! That is because they are probably damaged like mine. Please do your homework! I paid $4500.00 for the doctor to damage my arms. It has been one year and I am embarrassed to show my arms to anyone and every time I look at them I just cry. In addition to his cost I have had other procedures done from another doctor that I trust, but it is costing a lot of money to fix his damage and i am still not finished with treatments. I will upload my Before Procedure photos and 1 year later (5/92019) Photos. You be the judge and let me know what you think?

I agree with you. I had a horrible experience that cannot fully be corrected. Many board certified surgeons don't even want to attempt due to damage. His license was suspended for this type of negligence. I am still suffering and have received no reimbursement even for what did not get done and the work that needs correction. The lack of remorse and unprofessionalism for running someone's appearance and causing trauma and pain is even harder to take. My stomach looks like your arms after your procedure.
