Awful Lipo Results and Little Care from the Doctor

Dr Kim was nice enough in the initial consultation for a fat transfer to breast where he said there would be no issues with removing a small amount of fat from inner thighs and lower stomach for the transfer. However felt like I was very rushed through on the day of surgery, which was in November 2019. Even on the day of surgery, I questioned him again if it was ok to only lipo my lower abdomen as I was worried of it being uneven and he shrugged me off saying it would be fine. I wish I trusted my instincts. Also, given Cosmos projects a 'luxury' brand I definitely didn't feel like he cared at all about my procedure on the day. I've seen many instagram models gush over the aftercare he provided, but I guess because I'm not an influencer, I wasn't afforded the same care.
In the days after my surgery it was obvious things werent going well, my breasts dimpled immediately and my stomach was lumpy and uneven. He was responsive on text, however was making excuses for the results and kept saying it needed to heal. Obviously I understood there was swelling etc, but I'm also not an idiot and knew the issues wouldn't miraculously resolve themselves overnight.
My stomach was left uneven and lumpy. I went to multiple plastic surgeons afterwards who were gobsmacked at how much fat he took out of my lower stomach... There is essentially no fat left which is why the scar tissue is so noticeable and it also means that my options to get it fixed were slim.
I did everything correct post surgery - I wore my garments fulltime for 12 weeks and got all my massages at Cosmos, and did my home massages as directed. I took 4 weeks of annual leave to recover properly at home. I've undergone ten rounds of injections that he kept promising me would fix everything but actually did nothing at all. When I went back in for my post surgery check up he didn't know who I was, what procedure I had done or when my procedure was - despite my file sitting on his desk in front of him. So disrespectful and lazy, and made me feel worthless that this man who deformed me literally didn't even know I existed and did not care at all. After this meeting, I wrote a letter to him telling him how unprofessional and hurtful his behaviour was and we met again and he was apologetic.
He agreed to do a revision and on the advice of another plastic surgeon who said I may as well try and see if it helps, I went back to get revision surgery to try to even out my upper abdomen with my lower abdomen in January 2021, and these are my results. My upper abdomen has a lot of fat there compared to my lower abdomen so it still looks uneven and deformed. It only confirms my feeling that he took way too match fat out of the lower abdomen now that I can see what my top half looks like post surgery.
My left breast is full of dimples and looks awful.
I had multiple check ups and injections treatments at cosmos, with them telling me every time that these magic injections would fix anything. The last straw was when I had an appointment booked with Dr Kim for a follow up and prp injection for my six month follow up post revision surgery, but was greeted by a nurse who told me she would do it instead. Just such a lack of care was so disheartening. I should also mention that it's a three hour round trip for me to get to cosmos which I have done close to 15 times.
I just wanted to share my experience and let people know that surgery is not always what is shown on Instagram. Please beware! My biggest regret in life is entrusting him with my body. My body (especially my tummy) was fine before, all I wanted was slight bigger boobs and it's ruined my life.

Reading online, best practice combines both lipo and fat grafting, yet that wasn't offered as a solution for me.
All the best for your revision!
I've been so humiliated by the whole experience, I had been too embarrassed to post my results, however I think people like us need to speak out so others understand that the reality isn't always what you see posted on their instagram accounts.
The last time I went to the clinics I was meant to see him to review my revision results and get PRP but he didn't even turn up, the nurse did the treatment instead and I haven't been back, because why bother at this point?
I've been to a few plastic surgeons who've said there is little they can do. I'm also limited with options being in Australia, there isn't too many surgeons who specialise in things like this here.
