WORTH IT
Tomorrow (10/15) is my big day! I will be undergoing breast reduction surgery with Dr. Behnaz Fayazi at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland at 8:30am. The surgery timeframe is 4 hours. My health insurance Carefirst approved me for the surgery and will cover the costs. I will only have to pay my deductable which is around $500. I think my current bra size is a 36DDD or 36F, although I have been squeezing in a 36DD for yrs. I will be going down to a 36D or maybe 36DD but the size will be proprtioned to my height and goal weight. I'm 5ft 8inch and I currently weigh 180lbs???? (yikes!). My goal weight is 150lbs. I will follow up with you all tomorrow once I'm out of surgery. I have suffered from severe back pain for many years and this surgery should ease my pain????????

Congratulations. I was looking at yournpics. Your poor shoulders. I just scheduled a consultation today. I go Nov. 6th.

The shoulder and back pain was l really unbearable. Good for you! This has been the best decision I have made. I feel great and its only day 2!! Good luck with everything. You will love the results! Are you in the DC area as well?

Quick update- It's done!! I'm home and kind of tired so I will do a more detailed update once I awake tonight. Surgery started around 9am and I was done around 1230pm, then recovered for an hour or 2 until I was discharged. Boobies look very perky in my surgical bra. I should be a D cup size once everything is settled. I took a quick photo but will be sure to follow up in detail later. Thanks everyone and triple thanks to God, Dr. Fayazi, the Suburban hospital staff, and my husband and family for supporting me!!
