Horrible After Care

My experience with Dr DuPere and his office has been horrible to say the least. They were great until they took my payment for Buttock Implant surgery, then all care went out the window. From day one I knew there was a problem with my implant. Every single follow up, call and email was not taken seriously. I was told to be “patient” “that “this was normal”. I had extreme pain 24/7, one side was almost 3 xs larger than the other, swollen lymph nodes all over groin and body. 2.5 months of concerns were completely shut down as things continued to get worse. Finally I had another top Surgeon look at it and right away did an ultrasound knowing something was wrong. I had massive fluid build up, 2 bacteria infections. The implants were taken out the next day. I have now spent $40,000 and health is not back to normal almost 4 months later. This all could have been dealt with right away if my concerns were taken seriously. I would never ever see or recommend Dr DuPere again, shocked that this would happen in Canada.

Painful to walk always on left side, Had to have them removed by another plastic surgeon who I could trust after Dr M DuPere tried denied any wrong doing on his part. Never would I ever send anyone to him for work. He was wonderful until payment was taken then day of surgery and after he completely ignore my concerns.
