Butt implant revision/post BBL and silicon injection removal

Long story short I had silicon injections removed (by another doctor in Beverly Hills) and was left with a negative butt. Flatter than flat. I then had this same doctor put in 400cc butt implants intramuscular. However, they ended up sagging and created dents in the middle of both my butt cheeks. I then had a BBL by a different doctor o try and fill in those dented gaps but unfortunately due to the dead tissue from the silicon removal it did not harvest the fat in the center of my but (the dents). In my last attempt to fix my butt, I am having Doctor Stanton remove the old implants and correctly place his Stanton anatomic implants. As you can see in the pictures my left implant shows (low) when I bend over, and when standing my butt is saggy and heavy and completely different shape and size from my right side.

Feeling a lot more sore today then yesterday but overall the pain is a lot less than all my previous surgeries. Unfortunately the previous surgeon did not do a good job of placing my left implant so Doctor Santon had to go deeper and create a brand new pocket which sadly only fit in a 330cc due to all the scar tissue. So bc of that he only replaced my right implant with a 420cc so that they arnt too drastic in size. In 6 months I will be upsizing both which he was honest about and said would be the case from the beginning. The nurse also told me he had to remove some silicone bobas that he found when creating the new deer pocket. I have my post of apt in 3 days... will update again after that.
