Since I was interested in a gender affirming radical breast reduction (vs top surgery), I knew I needed to find someone who would work with me on every step of the process to help me realize the goal I had in my head. Dr Kiwanuka asked lots of questions, encouraged me to bring in photos to discuss what I needed to achieve in surgery (sensory, dysphoria, aesthetics, etc).
