Breast reduction - no questions left unanswered & recovery was not bad at all

This procedure has been something that I have wanted to get done for a while now and I was way too nervous to get it done. After years of back and neck pain, rashes underneath my breasts and overall discomfort, I finally decided to make the call to have a consultation. After the first virtual visit I knew that this was the doctor I wanted to perform my surgery. Within the weeks leading up to surgery I was given all of the vital information needed for pre and post surgery care. The night before surgery Dr. Kiwanuka herself gave me a call to check in to see how I was doing because she know that nerves are normal. I felt so much comfort in this moment because I was not just another patient I was a human being. On the day of surgery everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and helped ease the nerves I was feeling. The surgery lasted 3 hours with about another hour or so in recovery. I was sent home that day and Dr. Kiwanuka called later on that night to check in on how I was doing. I have never had surgery for anything before and I have never felt more at ease being in capable hands through this entire process. There were no questions left unanswered and recovery was not bad at all. Every body is different but I had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Kiwanuka has my absolute highest recommendation for anyone who wants to be referred! Out of the 5 star rating I would give 15 if I could.
