So Grateful to Have Found Heavenly Plastic Surgery!
I met Dr. Nguyen after making a decision to have my 26 year old saline implants removed. I researched plastic surgeons in my immediate area, looked at where each had attended med school and residency programs and made a consultation appointment with Dr. Nguyen.
I was interested in getting this procedure done as soon as possible. I made my decision to go with Dr. Nguyen immediately. He was courteous, efficient, specific, articulate, and gave me his honest recommendation of how I would get the best result for me. There was no up-sell or pressure, just a suggestion.I made an instant decision to take this step and asked for the next available surgery date, which I got on the spot. I left the office with all the information I needed-- prescriptions, pre and post op directions. The staff members in his office were wonderful. Everyone was friendly, kind, knowledgable, respectful, and welcoming. These are important qualities to help put prospective patients at ease.
The surgery center used is located next door in the same building, making things much simpler and reducing further stress. The entire staff there were amazing. I noticed many staff members were caring for me. I felt safe and comfortable. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness.
Dr. Nguyen removed old implants, replaced them with smaller ones and gave me a lift. My goal was to have breasts that look more proportionate with my body. He accomplished the goal for me. My breasts look great, and will look even better when they settle-in in a few months. I could not be happier with my decision to have Dr. Nguyen do my surgery.

I was very impressed with the Heavenly Plastic Surgery website. The information was very specific. It outlined all services they offered in detail, including photos, exactly what each procedure entailed, and the cost. This is unusual. It was helpful in making the initial decision. Most don't disclose all this information until the first consultation. I appreciated knowing what I was getting into at every level before I got there.
Additionally, in my experience, it is not common to have great clinical skills with great bedside manner at the same time. He was hands-on in all aspects of my procedure and I was touched that he gave me his email so he could address any concerns I had before and after my procedure. After surgery, I was really sick from the anesthesia and pain pills. Dr. Nguyen called to check on me. This kind gesture further showed me his concern or his patients and is meaningful in today's hurried culture. Such an important trait these days. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen!
