34yrs and 150lb 5’7 - Breast reduction with 470cc implant

Breast reduction & lift with implant

I am a 34 year old mother of one, and for as long as the last 6 years I’ve felt like my breast are entirely too saggy for how large they are and how young I am. I am wanting my size to be a couple cups smaller (a D would be great hence the reduction), my nipples to be higher, and I want the fullness up top so I’m opting for small implant under muscle. Altogether slightly smaller, but way more self sustaining ;)

Well it happened, I went under the knife with goals of being smaller and perkier when I woke up. I’m not going to lie, my pain was at a 10 right when I woke up. It’s a pain you don’t even know how to explain, kind of like childbirth and the contractions that come with it. I don’t remember leaving the facility even, but I do know that I got back to the hotel, took these amazing pin pills and muscle relaxer and passed out. Yesterday was rough, lots of sleep, lots of soft food since you get a semi sore throat, and lots of soreness. These babies are so swollen they feel rock hard. It’s only day 1 and my pain has gone down thankfully. Soooo excited to see how they look. My first check up is this morning. Fingers crossed it all looks good

Holy tightness. I went into my post check up yesterday and all looks well. Super swollen and the skin is so tight. If you’ve had a baby before, it feels like your milk dropped... times 2. I’m still taking pain pills, icing here and there, and eating every time I take Any meds. The pressure and tightness are uncomfortable, but it’s amazing how day to day it gets better. They are still really high, but looking forward to these girls calming down and settling down a bit. My pits are even swollen so it’s hard to lower my arms to my sides even

Congrats on your surgery! I also had a BL/BA so I know what you’re going through. Do you mind sharing what type/size implants you went with? Any other details you have to share would be interesting to know. Wishing you a smooth healing… :-)

I’m not sure how large the implant was, I just know HP silicon. Dr wasn’t sure which size to go with until he was able to see how much tissue he could remove of mine. He did mention upper 300s before going in, but I haven’t spoken with him since. I figure I’ll find out details on my one week check up.

Hi there, Did your PS give you an implant warranty card to take home with you? It has your implant size on it if you want to know what your size is. If you didn’t give it to you yet should ask for it at your next appointment; and be sure to put it in a safe place so you don’t lose it. You never know when you might need your warranty. Good luck. :-)

I did get a card. It looks like 470cc smooth round high profile. Wow. Now I’m nervous as to what size these will end up being
