Asymmetric Breasts & Large Full Moon Areola and Smaller Half Moon Areola?

Can't believe this was her actual surgery plan but during rechecks she never once acknowledged an issue, other than oh I suspect they will even out but we might have to do revision and just so you know, there will be additional charges for the revisions? It is obvious now they are never going to be symmetrical and the nipples are always going to very different without additional surgery.

Something was strange with surgery plan and billing, I went in for very old implant replacement to smaller size + lift. After I paid and scheduled surgery they "claimed" they forgot to charge me for the lift? How is this possible who would plan to insert a smaller implant into an existing LARGER implant pocket from 38 years ago without a lift or removal of some skin? That would have looked even more horrific. I will be seeing another surgeon for the revision, won't go back not a good feeling at all.

But even after that was worked out and I paid more. I did say well that's fine the last surgery lasted me 38 years not too bad so this should be my last breast surgery, She stopped me and said I would not go to surgery with that in mind? What?

I admit I did have better surgeon options but I picked them due to they had surgery center in-house and during covid I wanted to be extra cautious, not a good plan and I should have followed my instincts. But after you wait for consult then you pay and schedule surgery arrange time off etc. you feel let down to have to start all over.

I suspect one is under muscle and one top of muscle which is why they do not match. Rachel's after surgery recheck notes acknowledge "Asymmetrical Left is much larger than right" but face to face she denied and suggested they are very close and will continue to "balance out" but if I wanted revisions it will cost you additional fees.

SO If you want matching breast I would avoid Rachel, I think it was caused by not doing same procedure on both sides. I will know soon as a MRI is scheduled to confirm my suspicions. I would never trust her to do additional surgeries to FIX the mess she made.

sub-muscular vs Subglandular

Glorious999361
Dr. denied that one implant was above the muscle, this is how I knew before I even discussed with her. Simple test of putting arms on countertop and flexing, clearly shows both implants were not the placed under the muscle like she had claimed. I ended up with one sub-muscular and one Sub-glandular of course they will never look alike or (balance out like she claimed) because two different procedures were performed. Implants placed over muscle will create a 30-50cc larger breast than Implants placed under muscle and they will age differently and will never be a matching pair.

Did she offer to fix it? I had a bad breast surgery as well

no she did not. she refused to even talk to me without me signing a legal document and upload my drivers license. Mind you this was a few months after surgery. I had to have the entire surgery repeated by another surgeon and that was not easy. All local surgeons said "my god you need to go back to her and have her fix this" and her office said sign this and you can talk to her. I felt completely abandoned. Both my implants were leaking and one under muscle one above muscle one was pointing backwards. It was a medical issue no longer cosmetic. the issues were documented by the MRI.
