I Won’t Be Back with This Surgeon or Facility
my experience with doctor Goldberg and his team were horrific. From start to finish I was treated poorly, with terrible communication and lack of patient care and coordination all together from Doctor Goldberg and his team. Stephanie is extremely unprofessional in the style of communication with patients. Additionally the surgical facility he uses , is extremely cold , nurses are too busy on theirs phones, and right after surgery they yell at you to wake up and open your eyes and repeat themselves about 5 times. After while you are there you listen to them repeat themselves to the next 5 patients that come after. Their volum of their voice and how they wake you is extremely unsettling. The nurses ignore complaints about pain. They do not relay messages correctly to the surgeon which creates lack of communication and overall terrible patient care. After surgery again the nurse staff are quick to get you up and out. However , when the surgery time changes and your there on time the nurses don’t answer phone calls even when my support person called hours apart not one call answer and wasted their entire day waiting for the call. Yet you can clearly see the nurses on their personal cellphones watching videos and texting. I won’t be back with this surgeon or facility
