That was so disappointing and now I have to do a revision

If I could turn back time and never let this man do my breast revision... I did see red flags when he did not even let me choose the size of the implants. He answered me couple of times after me questioning about the size "I don't know, I don't know...I don't know what I will find" (always in a tone that I feel intimidated to ask another question). The one thing I used to love in brest was the beautiful cleavage, the perfect implant size for my body, the high placement and how they accentuate my firm belly as you can see on the before photo. Dr Armando Soto told me at the consultation that I had a Symmastia (red flag, I had never seen that problem, see the before photo) and he will fix it. I asked him, what is symmastia and his answer was they are extremely together and I would have a beautiful cleavage and for that of course another price on the surgery cost that was around 11K. When I woke up after the surgery I realized that my size was so little as I never been and the cleavage was BOTCH!!! Another thing I immediately noticed was my belly,, how my firm and tight upper abdomen was so jiggly??!! This surgery destroyed me. In the post op visits I expressed how sad I was with the results, ask every question that I had of why??? the hole between my breast, the size, why the two breast was so different looking, why my upper abdomen skin was soo loose....Dr. Soto condescending voice tone always repeated is part of the process. Two months after Surgery and me expressing the dissatisfaction he told me he could operate me at six months but he will charge for that $7,500. That was so disappointing and now I have to do a revision.
