Downsizing 485cc to 195cc silicone implants - I now have the most natural looking small C-cup breasts!

I had my breast implant revision procedure done last week and want to contribute to this platform since it was so difficult to find any experiences similar to mine. My first breast augmentation was 3 years ago. I was looking to go from a natural 32B to a full C cup but unfortunately, my doctor and I were clearly not on the same page and I ended up with 32DDD. It sounds dramatic but it really ruined my life.I was ashamed to see family, friends and colleagues in social and work settings. I became very depressed, hid my body under loose clothing and retreated to staying home as much as I could get away with. This also led to a 20# weight gain. Anyway, fast forward to a few months ago, I finally decided I need to pull the trigger and started looking for a new doctor in Beverly Hills for a revision with significant implant downsizing.I spoke to multiple surgeons who basically said I couldn't go much lower due to the skin that had stretched for the 485cc implants. It was disappointment after disappointment and I couldn't find any similar experiences online or on RealSelf. The last surgeon I spoke to was Dr Desai. We had a virtual consult and he told me he could give me that revision/reduction I was looking for.There were a number of "complications" other surgeons had told me that I reviewed with him and he reassured me it wouldn't be an issue. I felt confident with him and booked my date. On procedure day, Dr Desai spent a good amount of time with me to align again in detail on what size and appearance I am looking for. I really appreciated this! The plan was to go down from 485cc to 290cc without a lift but when I woke up, he told me I was able to get away with 195cc!At first, I was really worried I'd end up with saggy unattractive breasts... but I now have the most natural looking small C-cup breasts! Dr Desai is a true artist-just the absolute BEST out there. I am so happy to have found him and would recommend him to anyone. Looking forward to the next weeks and months as I recover.
