I had my first breast augmentation in 2004 (with a different surgeon), and I was ready to have them exchanged after having them for so long. We decided on removing my saline implants (360cc) and have silicone breast implants (560cc) placed. I did decide to go a little larger than what I was before, but that was my personal preference.
