Great doctor - the care I received was absolutely incredible

Let me start by saying I had my implants initially done with Dr. Casas. The care I received not just during the operation but for the 20 years after the initial implants were put in was absolutely incredible and worth every single penny I spent. I had regular appointments, massaging of the breast to ensure that no scar tissue was able to form along with teaching me how to self massage my breasts, and make sure that they stay soft, movable and free of scar tissue, she also has appointments with her breast augmentation patients annually to give updates look at the breasts, make sure that are not leaking or that there isn’t any issues developing. All of this included in her cost I might add. I listened to everything she asked me to do and I did them for 20 years. This means I massage my boobs daily, take the supplements that she suggested I take and kept every single appointment I had for the full 20 years. In July of this year I had my annual appointment and she that one breast seem to be a bit smaller than the other and was leaking, because I had that annual appointment with her, I was able to get in and have the implant swapped out before any major issues , like the implant breaking. I am now four weeks post surgery with the new implants and they are looking and feeling great. I have weekly follow up appointments with her just as I did 20 years ago. Then a 3 month, a 6 month and then annually, I am doing all of the things she is asking me to do during this recovery time and of course I will continue to even afterward , just as I did for the last 20 years which is the reason my implants lasted as long as they did with no issues. Its because of the follow up treatment and appointments and listening to what she asked me to do.

I have met many other women over the years who have had issues with their implants either right away or within the first couple of years of having them. I asked them if they had any follow up care, if they were told to massage their breasts or if they talk to their doctor on a regular basis, and the answer was always no. That just always confirmed for me just how amazing of a doctor she is. When you’re her patient if you need anything or you are concerned about anything at all, she is only a phone call away. I can’t recommend her enough if you were thinking about having implants done, she is your doctor. It’s more important to pick a doctor who truly cares about you and about the work they do , than to look for a great price because getting implants is an investment in your body.
