Just scheduled my second BFT for 11/22/18! The first one was 8 months ago in March. I am using Dr. Johnny Chung from Allentown, PA. He is truly amazing and I have so much respect for his work. He is succinct, kind, and is a great advisor to me. It’s all about making me look good! I want to document this second journey as a way to remember the evolution of my body and also as a way to thank all the contributors using Real Self to share their personal experiences. Did you use Dr. Chung for your first FT? How many cc's and how much retention did you have over the 8 months? Any before and after pics? Did you explant? I'm 4 weeks out from my first FT procedure. I hope not to think about doing a second one.

I used Dr. Chung for my first FT and he was able to harvest enough fat from my flanks to add just under 400cc’s into each breast. As he predicted, over the course of 6 months, I retained a little less than half of it. I went from being a small 36B to a small 36D. Completely changed how I looked in clothes (positively). I didn’t think I would do a 2nd, but the liposuction was so effective, I decided to go one last time for upper back fat, abdomens and inner thighs. While fat was there, might as well harvest and add to breasts for potentially a full D.. I hope this helps! Dr. Chung is amazing!!!

I'm also curious how many cc's were injected and what the retention was like over time. I'm also about 4 weeks out from my first and hopefully only FT. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

During my first BFT about 400 cc’s were injected into each Breast. After 6 months I retained about half of the fat. My breasts look great and I love the way they fit into tops! I am only going for second because I want Lipo of upper back and abdomen so why not add a bit more to breasts..

Counting down - 16 days to 11/20. I picked up Arnica, Bromelain and Aleve. I am advised this surgery will hurt more than the first one because of the lipo on the upper back, inner thighs and abdomen. Dr. Chung is doing some contouring to my abs. He said it may feel like I crashed into the corner of a table. This is why I love working with him - he is really practical and realistic. I don't have any photo's of my breasts before the 2st BFT, but here is a photo of me 7 months after my first surgery.

7 months after first FTB Photo; Second FTB scheduled.

I don't know how to add pictures to past posts. This is a photo of me 7 months after my first FTB with Dr. Chung. I was a small 36B and I am now a medium 36D. The second FTB should get me to full 36D, but I am much more excited about a more full shape and no more upper back fat! 16 more days!
