I've been wanting a breast augmentation for the past 5 yrs and finally went for it! Before having kids I was a nice full B cup. During my pregnancies I went up to a DD. After having my last child I lost everything I ever had! I am pretty skinny and let's face it, skinny girls rarely have boobs! I missed being proportionate, I was as flat as a board, barely a 32A. I was tired of wearing a padded bra, not looking nice in outfits, some not even fitting, and its a horrible feeling to not want to be bra-less in front of your husband of 12yrs. I hated myself, I cried all the time. I researched a ton, found a great surgeon, and had my surgery last Friday, Nov 8th. I went with 350cc hp silicone under the muscles.

2 weeks post op!
I'm 2 wks post op today! Not much has changed yet. They're still sitting high and tight (right is worse). I'm still feeling tight and sore, some days more than others, but overall much better than last week. I'm slowly and carefully trying to get back into my normal routine, just with alot less energy. My back has been killing me though! Had my 1st post op appt with my surgeon and he said everything looks good and going as expected. Told me to start light massages. He also gave me a very tight compression bra to wear 24/7 for the next month which is killing me! It squeezes really hard and digs into my sides and back :(

3 weeks post op!!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I feel like the healing time is going soooo slow! I do think they're starting to look a little better now and rounding out a bit. Definitely getting softer! Bruises are fading and my incisons don't bother me at all. Doing light massages and got a bigger bra. I'm also feeling better and able to do more. My back pain has almost gone away too, thankfully! The only time I really feel uncomfortable is when I lay down to sleep or sit back to relax. I feel a weird pulling/pressure/tightening feeling on the top of my right breast. If I move or take deep breaths the feeling gets worse but as soon as I stand or sit up the feeling goes away. I'm thinking it's my muscle contracting or spasming.. or maybe my implant is sitting on a nerve? Anyone have any ideas? It's only at the very top and sometimes I can feel it go up into my shoulder. It sucks because I need to sit up to sleep :(

Today mine felt really good... I do find moving more helps them not be so tight. But know your body and if it hurts or it pulls the stitches don't over do it. Nips are still super sensitive, basically hurts when touched too much. But the under part of my boob has not been as numb all the time anymore!! Just posted new pics today!! I'll check back in and can't wait to see them drop!!

Thats fantastic! It looks like you're dropping nicely too! I feel like mine still sit so high! Ive been trying my best to do light stretches and walking right again. I was walking with a hunched back for awhile lol. Do you get tight when you are laying back? Whenever I'm laying back my right starts tighening on me. If I get up and walk around it stops. Sucks because I still need to sleep sitting up. I'm hoping it goes away, its making me nervous.

Mine have just started to not become tight when laying down... Altho I am still at a very slight incline. I am one month post op exactly today!! Hard to believe!!

Oh good! Congrats!! That gives me hope. I'm still sleeping on my recliner because my right was tightening up too bad in bed. I don't get morning boob, they actually feel the best in the AM. I'll be 1 month post op tomorrow!
