Waiting for my consult

WORTH IT
Hey! I've been looking at so many journeys in this app and it's been extremely helpful in learning through personal experiences. I'm gonna share mine too cause I feel like it's a way to give back and also to track my process! Thanks for any support in advance. My first consult is in 2 weeks! Super excited but also working through the "not sure" feelings for a few reasons. But for now here are my breasts. Little and I've always loved them. I think I'm somewhere around a 34AA or 32A. I rarely wear bras. I'm interested in getting an augmentation that is NOT drastic. Like a full B cup. I still want them to feel small-Ish and cute. But more full. I want to be able to wear the same clothes and bras, for the most part and #1 priority (aesthetically) is looking as natural as possible!

Hey there! I am two weeks post op and did 250cc moderate plus mentor submuscular which is smaller than most people on here. I also wanted the full, but still petite look and didn't want to look heavy or matronly. I am super happy and in love with my boobs! Can fit in all the same clothes but just look so much more proportional and very natural. I told my surgeon I did not want my boobs to go past my lateral chest wall which and she did that perfectly. When I tried on sizers if I put them to the outside it made me look heavy where as closer together they look better. I am 5'5 135 (now a couple lbs heavier with boobs lol)! Hope that helps!

Be great to hear what you go for ... I'm so torn between a fat transfer and implants as I really just want a slightly plumper version of what I had before breast feeding ! Everyone I had seen has said at least 190 which seems too much for me !

Yes I will most definitely keep you updated! I haven't breast fed, yet...but I feel you in just a more plumper version of current. Thanks for the comment! :)

Ladies. I really want to get them done but I am super concerned about BII. My friend actually got silicone breast implants and she is having all kinds of health issues and her test always come back normal. So she is taking them out. What do you think about it? Saline better than silicone?

There are risks for everything. I'd say, if you're a healthy individual and a BA is something you really want for yourself, try not to focus too much on what horrible thing cold happen and educate yourself to ease the anxiety of what if. That's what I did with all the fears I had.

I’ve had both and silicone is way better!! It feels real and doesn’t deflate and ripple like saline.

Thank you so much, and I have thought about it in the past but never went through with it.

Consultation

E.A.C.
I had a consult with my doc. I was a little nervous but overall it went so well :). After all the research I have done, nothing really came as a surprise. After chatting about my goals, we did the imaging, and measurements were taken. Doctor suggested 240cc as the largest implant to retain a “natural” and not overstuffed look. I tried on the sizers and they still felt a little big feeling. I scaled down and that felt good to me. He felt strongly that would also be a beautiful result. I have some asymmetry so we tentatively agreed upon 210cc for the smaller breast and 195cc for the larger. I’m so very excited! I’m not 100% sure about the smaller implant yet so I would love to go in one more time to try on sizers to be super sure. But man, I am soooo excited! This PS is top notch and I totally trust him, so it’ll be nice to ease some anxieties with some questions when I go back in. Here is a pic of my 3D image of the smaller implant option.

2nd Consult and READY TO GO!!!

E.A.C.
I went in for a second consult today. I was having some anxiety-fear about risk possibilities (like capsular contracture). I also wanted to get a clearer idea of whether I was going to do the 210/195cc or 240cc. The night before my consult I put together a list of ALL my questions around the worries I was having for both issues (size and illness/implant risks). I also put together a bunch of boob photos that I loved, to try to get an idea of which size implant would emanate those breasts. I shared my list of questions and both the nurse and doc answered them candidly, which put all those worries at ease. I retried the sizers and showed the doc the boob photos, he said I should definitely go for the 240cc. I left there feeling so happy, excited and confident that this is going to be an amazing experience. I’m honestly so proud of myself...I felt nervous to ask all the questions, but writing them out made it so much easier to communicate and organize my thoughts. Here are some photos with the sizers in. :)

That's a great size on you! I am a week out from getting my smaller implant breast augmentation. I am opting for 275cc as I literally have nothing. Good luck with everything :-)

Yey! I'm so excited I found your page! It seems like we are shooting for very similar results. Right now I'm debating between 225 and 250 moderate plus. Did you mention what profile you're going with? So excited to follow your progress!
